I have everything close by

I think the hotel and the suite we stayed in were great. Everything was clean and easy to use. My biggest issue was that my check-in was at 3 pm, and our room wasn't prepared until 5 pm. We arrived at around 11 am at the hotel and asked for them to hold our bags while we went to eat and explore. We were out until 4 pm, and thought that our room would be ready since check-in is at 3 pm. When we arrived, they let us know our room would not be ready for another 40 minutes - 1 hour. We didn't receive any kind of correspondence from the hotel letting us know that there would be a delay. We received no apology for our room not being ready. The staff didn't tell us anything about the hotel, the amenities,, or provide us with any information about our stay. It was a shame since the hotel is a nice space. Customer service just wasn't there.

There were broken tiles in the shower. WiFi performance is spotty. A number of lights in the room were not working. Corridors are worn out.

First time staying here, would do it again. Front desk is really attentive. Modern hotel and really clean. Property is close to a lot of dining and nightlife. Stayed here during new years and totally worth it

We had an amazing trip for my birthday getaway! I thoroughly enjoyed the view, delicious green juice & chilaquiles, and oversized tub in our room. The bed was cozy and the service was excellent. What more could we ask for?

I flew a red eye and got to the hotel early. It was so nice that they let us check in in the morning without additional charge (2 rooms). The waiting area is nice and the hotel provides rooms for biz meetings. The location is excellent. Close to sightseeing points and within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, street tacos and spas! It is in a nice area with historic buildings and nice decorated cafes! The only downside is my room was not clean with hair on my bed, shower and towel!! The duvet has no cover! I couldn’t believe it and checked out the beds in my friend’s room and there were cover! We spoke with the staff at the front desk in English and Spanish and he said would put new duvet and bed sheets for me while I was out for the night tour he sold us. When I returned at 11:30pm, nothing was put in my room and he was off from work already. He only care about selling us the tour and didn’t do anything he had promised. I had to ask the night staff for some bed sheets when I was all tired late at night. Moreover, the staff stated the tour would end at 11pm but it didn’t end until midnight. We were dropped off at Tlaquepaque at 9pm and was told to spend 3 hours there. I was so tired and took Uber back. My other friend left his jacket in the tour bus and had to wait with them and didn’t return to the hotel until 12:45am. It maybe fun for the younger ones but I am definitely too old for that especially having a long day.

Nice, clean and close to USA consulate

The pictures were great, but the property seemed run down. Our first room you could see through the door frame into our room and the water from the shower leaked over to the toilet area. We requested a new room and got it. The rooms look like they have had work done, but never fully finished the job.

The hotel is very good, the service amazing, the location couldn't be better with everything at walking distance and very well connected, malls and whatever you need is very close

Lobby is pretty and clean. It is located in a good area. However, the room had cockroaches and the sheets were ripped and stained. Also the lighting was dark and bad so I did not many issues untill I looked with a flashlight at night. The gym and top floor "bar" are ruins that appear to be under construction. Barely motel quality.

This is a great place to stay for a couple of days in Guadalajara, the rooms are nice, the staff are friendly and it's just a block from all the Av Chapultepec has to offer

Everything Smooth

Bathroom not cleaned properly. The light right above the bed was not turning off.

Poor costumer service , we arrive late night and we have to ask for clean linen .. the bed was dirty, we travel a lot and I will never stay in this hotel again .

Good premises. I only can complain about the shower. Several of the holes on the shower head were not letting water flow and the sliding door was not sliding properly. Other than that, great location, and place.

Good hotel in general, but the shower takes long to get hot and also the walls are so thin that I could hear the TV from the other room as well as they talk the whole night. It's very near from the consulado and the staff is helpful.

REALLY GOOD AND COZY

The soft goods such as towels and sheets need to be replaced as they were ragged and torn. The staff was excellent.

No instructions in how to use the digital not disturb signal. No toilet paper the last day of stay. Sliding doors did not work properly. No iron inside the room,etc.

Great place to stay if you are traveling for few days, clean room, great staff.

Trashy place - super dirty, stained bed sheets with fluids, toilets don’t work, showed smell by the mold and mildew, water smells! Avoid this place!

I recommend to avoid this place from far away - dirty rooms, dirty unchanged sheets stained with body fluids, toilets don’t work, showers and water smell like a “mold”

Staff is so friendly, near restaurants and night life

The property did not have running water for our entired stay.We were offered a full refund but did not received it.
