Quest Port Adelaide exceeded my expectations. I traveled alone from USA and was nervous about safety. The exterior and walkable areas are nice with plenty of parking and food options. The interior of the hotel was clean and inviting. Staff was extremely pleasant. My room was clean, spacious and felt secure. I would absolutely book here again.

The apartment was clean, well-facilitated and quiet. The view from the balcony was good. I understand that coffee pods can get exensive but a better range would be great...plus bigger mugs for the morning! We really enjoyed our stay and will be back...we love the Port! A restaurant would have been great too but there's plenty to choose from locally!

We really appreciated the free upgrade to a 2 bedroom room - spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom toiletries were excellent, a bonus would have been the inclusion of body lotion.

Stay every year and won’t be changing anything. Great location, friendly staff, plenty of parking, close to every thing.

Quest was well appointed and comfortable.But as people who like to sleep with a window open for fresh air the room faced a busy highway so the noise spoilt our stay.If we had known we would have requested a room on the other side of the hotel

Close to the event I was attending. Even though I returned late to the Hotel I was able to gain easy access and a staff member was still at Reception. A very safe and comfortable stay.

Quest Port Adelaide delivers all the requirements . As we use this franchise all over Australia , we get to compare each facility.
For us it was the location , proximity to the port area (we toured the shipwrecks ) , a multitude of various places too eat and drink and the history of the port itself. The apartment was as always , clean well set out and quiet , I’m up early , wife not so much , so to be able to make breakfast and sit on the balcony without disturbing her is a plus . We will be back xxxxxxx

The property was clean and spacious with all of the amenities for an enjoyable stay. The location is great and near lots of easy to walk to places such as cafes, restaurants, Pirate Life Brewing etc.
Disappointed with the "service" provided by the person on the front desk. They were not friendly and did not make us feel welcome. They did not provide helpful information that would have improved our stay and were not approachable in any way. We felt that some of the Quest policies are a little out of date and for this reason will most likely not stay at Quest again unfortunately.

A lot of money for so little. It wasn't booked out by a long shot and we asked if we could have a balcony room and were told it would cost an extra $100.
The couple booking in at the same time got a very loud upgrade, made us feel like peasants!

Only bad thing was the noise from the hallways are very loud and the air conditioning barely worked and made sleeping difficult

The apartment was clean and well appointed, but the design was terrible - the bathroom at one end of the apartment and the bedroom at the other. Needing the bathroom in the middle of the night nearly needed a map and search light!!!

Great place to stay when passing through Adelaide. Close to some nice restaurants and breweries in Port Adelaide. Easy to get to from the highway and great parking. Clean and comfortable rooms with kitchenette. Not sure why but the reception closes early (at 9pm?) but otherwise great!

Port Adel is looking great and the continuous attention it’s getting for revamping is long overdue. The waterfront land they have to develop is so vast that when finishes it’s going to rival West Lakes, Mawson Lakes and even the Grove that is Golden, as the best re-branding of an area/suburb 👏👏👏👏
