Everything about the hotel was perfect for my needs. The welcome at check-in was great, the room lovely and comfortable, the swimming pool and spa facilities were a nice bonus over and above places I would usually stay. Breakfast, the choice and service excellent

Amazing - loved the hotel. Very understated but friendly. Great room on 4th floor with a balcony. And the deepest bath plus walk in shower!

It was very dirty, my wife couldn’t iron my white shirt because it was so dirty.

It was ok. Not £160 ok. The bedsheets was torn and the the paint was falling off the ceiling. Nothing major but I would expect alot more at the £160 price point.

This was a honeymoon stay booked for my son & his wife. The extra little touches from the hotel meant a lot, a message of congratulations & chocolates were very much appreciated. They enjoyed the pool facilities & breakfast was excellent.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and great location. We were very disappointed to be told when trying to order a portion of chips to take back to the room for our daughter that it would incur a £5 charge for the luxury of eating them in the room. £4.50 for a portion of chips + a £5 charge. Obviously we refused and ordered an uber eats instead. Very disappointing as after a tiring day we didn’t want to have to sit in the bar or restaurant to have a bite to eat.

Another lovely stay to visit the bath christmas market. I love the room and the beds are so comfortable. I especially enjoyed using the pool and having a bath in the lovey large bathtub in our room.

This was a luxuriously large room in a conveniently located hotel. Bath is a very walkable city, so there was easy access to everywhere we wanted to go.

Hotel was close to bath city. Booked with the intention of using the spa facilities only to be told at booking in that they weren’t available due to maintenance issues. Overall stay was ok.

Overall good, however no robes or slippers, so had to dress to go down and from pool.
Seated next to a family with kids at breakfast when we had been away as a couple without our kids.
Children in next room Very noisy kept slamming doors, but hotel was nice. Clean, modern, ideal location next to all amenities, bars, shops etc.

Room was good size, nice big TV and quiet. Big bed was two bed pushed together so you get an annoying gap in the middle .

More like a kids hotel, than a 4-star luxury hotel with comforting atmosphere. The spa is overbooked an full of kids running around. Breakfeast is poor and crowded. Staff refused me to have breakfeast included, although i had it included due to Hotels-com rewards membership perks. Descent hotel. Not 4-stars.

Fantastic customer service, comfortable beds and well-equipped rooms. The spa was fantastic although the steam room and sauna could have been hotter. Great breakfast, order fresh from a menu. Great location. Wouldn't consider staying elsewhere in Bath.

The family room was very comfortable with full size single beds for our 13/16 year olds. Unfortunately the rooms weren’t well soundproofed so the noise levels were higher than I’d expect. The breakfast was expensive and not great quality. The restaurant was a bit tired looking.

Amazing stay! Perfect location! After a day of exploring the Roman Baths it was just perfect to enjoy the pool and leisure facilities at the hotel. Highly recommend with kids!

Better soundproofing is required. A Coach full of elderly women that left very early slamming doors which was so loud. I was woken out of a deep sleep at 06:30am and could not sleep after that. For a new 4* hotel soft close doors and sound proofing are ESSENTIAL so as not to disturb other guests. I am not a light sleeper so was looking forward to a nice lie in instead of being woken up by noisy guests which ruined my stay. All guests in that coach group should have been put on one floor together as they were having breakfast / leaving at the same time.
