Amazing B&B, I felt like I was at home and part of the family. Martina, Antonio and Claudia did everything they could to make us feel comfortable. It’s close to shopping and great restaurants. I definitely recommend Al Piazza you won’t regret it!!

Fantastic, highly recommended, a great location and the lovely host Martina & family was just the best, as no request was a problem.. Palermo is full of history and wonderful historic buildings.

Very conveniently located in historical part of Palermo. Our room was big and spacious and very clean. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Also walking distance to the marina if you enjoy looking at boats. Our host Martina was very helpful and responsive. She gave us a ride to the train station for 10 euros. We could have walked. It’s a 10 minute walk but we had luggage.

This was our first city on a two week tour of Sicily. Owners were lovely and very helpful. Very large and comfortable room in a great location. A great start to our trip. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay! The owner and his family are incredibly lovely. They were incredibly easy to communicate with via WhatsApp before our arrival, they arranged for a car transport for us from the airport, and the location is wonderful in terms of access to great food and in the historical center. Breakfasts were INCREDIBLE and the rooms were super spacious. It is a little noisy - I slept great but my partner and mom both had a hard time with hearing people down below from the street level. That said, for me, it’s absolutely worth being so close to so many great restaurants and bars. And again, such lovely people running the hotel!

I had a spacious room with a separate private bathroom. It was very clean with a small kitchen and fridge. The breakfast was excellent. Martina was very pleasant and helpful. The property was in a quiet, central street about 15 mins walk from the train and bus stations.

Super friendly staff who made sure the stay was amazing. Daily breakfast included. Easily walkable around town and enough little cafes nearby to make grabbing a bite to eat not a chore.

This is a nice and very interesting place, the room was in the 3rd floor, with no elevator, but very clean, spacious and comfortable. Is quiet during the day, but in the middle of very interesting neighbourhood , full of restaurants and nightlife. Walkable to everywhere The hosts were very nice and various options for breakfast. I would definitely recommend it!

This place is a gem. But more then that the hospitality, the friendliness and the overall help -everything from directions to taxis to recommended places to eat was excellent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Well located hotel with lots of character and some quirkiness ( very decorated for Hallowe’en). Martina and her father were lovely and their hospitality turned a good stay into a wonderful one.

We had a hard time finding the place due to our late arrival after hours. The entry code that was emailed to us allowed us to enter with no problem. Keys were on the desk. The location was great, close to restaurants, etc. The rooms were clean with lots of room. Breakfast downstairs included fruit, yogurt, juice, pastries and more. The host made our cappuccinos each morning. She is very helpful and we enjoyed our stay. FYI there is no elevator. We were on the third floor.

We walked everywhere and felt safe at night going out for dinner. So many eating options close by. Hosts were nice. Martina speaks great English which was helpful for us. Enjoyed our stay.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place and the people in charge. This place exceeded my expectations. The hotel is a small family run (I think) place and the young ladies- Martina and Claudia are just wonderful. The building is an older but lovely place and impeccably clean. Probably my biggest issues when traveling is making sure the bathroom is clean- here, its is impeccable. The breakfast is a self serve with a good variety of pastries, cheese, cold meats, yogurts, fresh fruits, and the Ladies make your choice of hot beverage. In addition, the place is within a 10-15 min walk to almost all the attractions. I would have gladly paid more for this room and if I ever visit Palermo again, I will stay here.

Staff was excellent and the property was very good for the area but still rather dated. I had a very comfortable stay and would stay there again both for the staff and the value.

They were very welcoming, the property was in a great location and had everything you needed. They made every effort to help and even went and got gluten free items for breakfast. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.
