Trip was really one of the most traumatic as i was there for a wedding and we had to get ready on time to be at two receptions two consecutive days. Due to faulty plumbing firstly the shower wasn’t functioning properly and after the change of the shower head there was no hot water every morning for 3 days. I don’t know how can this happen to someone who had paid $1600 plus amount for such uncomfortable days where you had to wait for 2 hours just to take a shower . In fact it was a mistake on my end that I shouldn’t have stayed there after 1st morning experience. I thought it’s some error in my washroom but later found out that Boiler had been not working properly and they can fix it after weekend. In my opinion hotel should have stopped taking bookings and must have told at check in time about the issue or refunded the money. I don’t think that anyone staying these dates should be charged money.

My family and I had an extraordinary stay. The room was spacious and comfortable for 5 people, and it's also easy to cross into the Manhattan area by bus to Port Authority.

Stayed a Saturday night into Sunday morning. At 9am I went to get a shower, 5 mins of hot water later and it went cold. My wife waited 1/2 an hour then tried to shower and got 3 mins of hot water. I Informed the desk and got a “sorry”. For the cost of this room having no hot water is unacceptable. Would not stay again.

I travel a ton for business. This is very reasonably priced and absolutely a beautiful hotel. Super clean super convenient to New York and the staff can’t be any better. I stay in hotels at least 100 a week for business and this is one of the best ones out there.

Overall hotel was nice, but a big turndown for us was when we were greeted by an arrogant guy named Santiago. We drove for almost 10 hours and reached there tired, and Santiago was busy chatting with another girl I did not get her name but was an employee on the same night. When asked a few questions, he snaps back at us, do you want this booking or I cancel it? Can you imagine that coming from a guy who was not interested to deal with us? Santiago was so rude, I wonder who even hired that kid unless he is a owner of that hotel. I don't believe he is in the hospitality industry with that attitude. The next morning we were dealing with an Indian guy who was so nice that he even started asking for apologies on Santiago's behalf. I would encourage management to seriously reconsider the behaviors of Santiago, other than that it's another hotel.

I like the upgrades on the property and rooms, they assigned me a room with view to the roof machine of AC.

2 days in a row, house keeping failed to clean our room. On each instance, the front desk refused to acknowledge their error and refused to send cleaning staff to replace towels. Avoid Best Western.

The hotel was clean and the location was great proximity to our tournaments. Compared to the other hotels in the area, this one was pretty good. Strange way of entering the parking lot, needing to get out of the car to scan badge, and area around hotel a bit shady, but lots of parking and secured which was a plus. Had no issues and would definitely stay again if in the area.

Staff was awesome and the hotels is newer and very clean. Parking was great as well as you need a room key for the caged gate to open, so your car is locked in the garage which was nice. Hotel very close to Manhattan but the uber was still $60 each way due to tunnel toll. There is a shuttle a short walk that was 4 buck per person.

Stayed at this property for four nights. Wanted to leave two bags at the property until later in the afternoon when going to the airport and there was a church to leave the bags in a closet. This storage service should be complementary after you’ve stayed for four nights.
