I love there Perfect

Absolutely loved everything about this place. Staff was great and overall had a fabulous stay.

I liked the proximity

I wanted to make you aware of something. Upon moving my luggage to my car early the morning of my check out on 7/23/24, the front desk clerk exited the elevator onto the 3rd floor, counting cash and nearly ran into me. My thoughts are that he may have been going to the rooms of people checking out early and taking the maid's tips. Why would he be on the 3rd floor counting small bills and not at the front desk? I was hesitant to leave a maid tip & hid the tip in the bathroom. Also at 6:00 when the breakfast doors should have been opened, there was a sign at the front desk stating he was assisting other guests and would return soon. Nope, he was outside smoking. The breakfast doors were opened after 6 because of his cigarette break. No big deal but he has one job. I am most concerned about the hard working maids and the possibility their tips were being stolen. I needed to mention it.

The bathroom door is on a slider that doesn’t lock or close all the way. The pool patio area was beautiful but closed. The pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. But other than that it was a nice clean hotel.

Staff is wonderful and everything was very clean. Could have been a better continental breakfast. Beds are a little hard and stiff. But overall was a good stay

We enjoyed the hotel and our spacious room. Really appreciated that our room was cleaned everyday. That is hard to find these days unless you ask. We stayed at a nearby hotel who cleaned the room every 3 days.

Excellent stay. Great complimentary breakfast. Clean two-queen bedroom. My only complaint is the sliding door design for the bathroom. There's no door lock and there's a small gap that people can "peek" through. This dual-purpose door slides to close either the bathroom OR the closet, but you can't do both simultaneously. If I open the bathroom door, it closes the closet if someone is using it. There were a few times when I opened the bathroom door and it hit my mom as she was putting clothes in the closet. Whoever designed this didn't think through the impractical use.

The hotel grouunds were clean and neat with awesome pool and waterfall jacuzzi. The rooom was also clean and neat . The only downside for me was the mattress wqs was too firm for my tastes. There was even a small little snack/ drink pantry with items for purchase .

Attentive staff

Room was not ready upon arrival at 330pm

I got there at 10 o'clock in the morning. I waited until 1230 for a room. The gentleman that was at the front counter was really nice and said he would hold me a room the first room that came available. I had to go to a meeting When I got didn't get what I wanted. I'm 6 foot five. The bed did not fit me. My feet went over the bed. I didn't order or ask for a disabled Room. I asked the kid at the front desk if I could change my room. He said that they were sold out and couldn't give me any more and I said, but this isn't what I ordered or asked for. His customer service prep was horrible he couldn't have cared less . And that was his attitude towards me so because I'm a Tour Manager manager, I travel with tons of bands I am Red flagging this hotel for any bands to stay close by.

Very nice and quiet place

Very comfortable, great breakfast was included. A very good value for the price!

Extremely thin walls. We heard everything from every footstep above us to room service vacuuming above and next to us. Wasnt the cleanest. Got charged for extra items that i did not purchase they cant fix it cause "system was down"

We had a pleasant stay. Good breakfast options throughout the stay and good service from.the staff. The room was comfortable as well.

We like a dog friendly property! Wish there was a better area for our pets to go potty outside, though. Decent breakfast bar. Better coffee would be great, though!

Good place

This is a nice, clean, and friendly environment. The breakfast is the icing on the cake.

This was our second stay here for a family wedding. The hotel is clean and quiet. Our room was large and comfortable. We sprung for a king sized bed room with sofa bed and microwave and mini fridge, which was much larger than the standard room, so we were able to have our family come and hang out in our room. The staff is kind and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool. The complimentary breakfast was tasty (scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, fresh waffles, oatmeal).

Nice hotel. Breakfast was great. Quiet area in the middle of car showroom area. I think there were some fast food in the area, walking distance. Hot rub was closed so that was disappointing.

Enjoying the hospitality of the hotel and all the accommodations it provided my family for a wonderful weekend and stay!

Have stayed there before and will again.
