I booked this by mistake and was planning to stay at the other Nobu closer to Oxford Street. I could not move my booking over between the two hotels as they are running very separately. They did try, but the management teams were unable to do this. As I’d expect to be the very best but it wasn’t and the dining area wasn’t great with very loud music which was very different to the Nobus . Cheaper than others, but not as good

Great hotel and excellent staff. On this work trip, I booked a standard room and discovered it didn't include a coffee machine. When I requested an Americano every day at 6 am before room service opened, I was pleasantly surprised that they accommodated my request free of charge. They exceeded my expectations. The room is beautifully designed and, as expected from Nobu, maintained to very high standards.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nobu Shoreditch.We traveled with our pre teen daughters, the really enjoy the japanese theme and tea at the bar. Clean and quiet hotel in the center of trendy Shoreditch. Great restaurants, stores and market within walking distance. Great front staff, corteous and friendly. Nina, Chris, the other ladies and guys that forgot their names were all incredible, cheeers, thank you for doing our stay so pleasant.

My 2nd time at Nobu Shoreditch and 5th at a general Nobu hotel.
I typical identify Nobu as a hotel with high standards, but this has been the poorest experience.
From items not working at the room, lack of cleaning and poor service in the breakfast section. It should be mentioned that reception pro-actively supported and sorted the issues in the room, but should things should be checked and sorted before guests arrive.

Exquisite from beginning to end. I had a lovely stay. I made use of almost all hotel facilities and was very pleased with all. Hotel made special effort for my birthday with cake in room and a gift from the spa which was a nice surprise.
Staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive to all my needs. Their response time to any query or requests was impeccably fast!
The room was large, spacious with a walk-in closet, sofa bed, bathtub / shower. Exceeded my expectations size wise for sure.
The hotel and room were pretty dark, lights only adjusted to a dim lighting at its highest and the hallways / lift were really dark too as many others have noted. But that would be the only downside and given everything else which was perfect, I didn’t mind so much.

Decidedly average. The room was nothing special. Small, dark, and with a terrible view looking into an alley. No coffee in the room either. Breakfast was absolutely bizarre, possibly the worst I’ve experienced. Small, with weird choices, and not great quality. Overall nothing felt 5 star about the place.
