Several problems with housekeeping during stay: At first, I was assigned a room that the reception had been advised was vacant. I enter the room and it is occupied! Second, no shampoo in the room. I call the front desk and it takes them 90 min to bring me two bottles, but they happen to be shower gel! Glasses in the room were never replaced, even though they were dirty. My second room key was removed from the room by the housekeepers while I was gone and no one at the hotel seemed to think this was a problem. Bath towels were not provided on the last day and I had to call the front desk at 4 am in order to be able to shower before my flight.

Extremely clean hotel, comfortable bed, great location, friendly staff and they speak some English. Excellent breakfast. Wi-Fi needs improvement as it kept dropping very frequently and was unavailable at times. Reported to staff but nothing could be done. Overall excellent stay.

Fui com meu marido e meu pet e tivemos algumas surpresas no check in… não havia sido informada sobre o custo da diária do pet, 115 reais/ dia e quando solicitei um early check in… muito de praxe em todos os hotéis que já me hospedei em Curitiba, o NH cobrou 1/2 diária…tomem cuidado com o valor que aparece no hotéis.com … esse valor de longe não é o valor final da estadia…funcionários da recepção podem melhorar ….

Great location, facilities, room, and staff.

The hotel is located in the center part of the city close to shopping malls. The location works well as a hub to visit the main sights of the city. The hotel is renovated, so in a good condition at the time of visit. Had a spacious room with a balcony overlooking somewhat ugly neighbouring buildings. The breakfast was good, but probably limited due to a rather strict covid protocol - everything was nicely packed and covered. Also visited the gym which was pretty decently equipped. Staff was helpful. Enjoyed our stay overall.

The Hotel has a good location, Good for business travel

clean and new hotel. There is a convenience store on 1st floor. The restaurant and the food from room service was also good. The only bad thing was the parking fee. It is R38 per day.

We had stayed at NH Curitiba before and that is why we decided to stay again but the beds were terrible and the breakfast was horrible and expensive. We will probably stay somewhere else next time.

This hotel is very clean and cozy. Staff is incredible, especially Ricardo in Front Desk. He was excellent, very nice and great customer service. My stay wouldn’t be the same without his knowledge of the property and the city. I’m definitely coming back.

Very nice, modern, and new hotel! I liked that everything was clean, beautiful/modern, and the room setup was great. The towels were good as well. The lobby area is very nice and the hotel seems to have great amenities, although I didnt get a chance to check any of them out since it was a quick stay. The only two things that bothered me a bit about the room were that there was no heater (vital for cold winter nights) and the motion sensor vent in the bathroom is a bit annoying.

NH properties generally tend to be quite good. Unfortunately, the staff members were not well trained. It took me two days to find my packages that were sent to the hotel and confirmed. Fortunately, the hotel manager was on top of this and quickly found my boxes. She was very competent. Staff spoke little English so that made things difficult. As they seemed new, I suspect some additional training (especially with international guests) is in order.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in so far. New and modern facilities. Great breakfast with a lot of choices. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is also good in the center of Curitiba not far from a shopping mall (Shopping Curitiba). I also loved the welcome cake I found in my room when I arrived.

Good & clean facilities and room decor, etc. but the communication with the staff was challenging due to the fact that very few people speak English. Somehow, the ac in my room kept making noise even when turned off. This bothered my sleep pretty bad. Also it would be nice if there was more sheet in the bed. It was just one sheet covering the mattress so it kept coming off. Breakfast could be more diverse.

Nice hotel. Clean and modern. Customer service of low level staff could be improved. Concierge, restaurant, and restaurant staff were great, but whoever stands at the immediate entrance at the desks need some work. Whether it was morning, afternoon, or night, They would just look at you as you walked by or would just stare at their phones. They seemed put off whenever someone asked for assistance. It really took away from the professional and courteous ambiance the rest of the staff worked hard for. It is an easy fix though, and I would stay there again.

Great, new clean, stylish hotel with nice facilities, in a brand new mall that is not really full of anything yet, so the prices are good. The staff is helpful and will valet your car.

Hotel is clean and modern. Staff was helpful and friendly. Very good location. Close to shopping and restaurants.
