This place was quiet and clean, with variety of stores and eateries nearby. We were on the 3rd floor next to laundry room, which was very convenient. The complimentary breakfast had a nice variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay at this location again when we are in town.

Room was spacious, but bed was too hard. Pillows were extremely lumpy.

Was very surprised to be charged $30 for early check in! First time ever with all of our travels.

The manager ended up helping us, but they trued to charge us for an extra night and the blond at reception on Wednesday around 1 pm was outrageously rude!

My daughter and i stayed 4 night, visiting family. The hotel was located near freeway, shops and restaurants. Accommodations well appointed, clean, queit. Excellent breakfast , room service and bar. Pool and gym open 24 hours. Our only complant would be the kiosk and applications one had to use through your phone . I think for those less tech savvy would find it frustrating. If my daughter hadn't been with me to help with the applications my satisfaction would be less . The hotel however, was priced well . Compared to other hotels in this price range we got more bang for the buck.

I was very happy with the room. The contactless check in process was super convenient. Breakfast started a little too late for me, but the one day I was able to stay for it, it was excellent. Best complementary breakfast I’ve had in years.

Hotel very nice and clean. Area around it wasnt what i expected for the high quality hotel it is.

I did not like the kiosk checkin. I got the wrong keys even though the property had me assigned to the correct room. No one was around to help so had to enter the wrong room in order to use the phone to call someone. Then again at checkout no one was at the lobby desk. Had to wait until an employee walked by to get service. Really missed the friendly welcome upon arrival!

Staff was great

Needed cart to take suitcases upstairs. None available 3 different times. Did finally offer me a laundry cart on one occasion but it was not big enough for large suitcases. Two different times my room key would not let me enter and I had to go downstairs to get it reset or replaced. One day I put trash outside my door during the 9-12 AM period as stated and it was not taken care of by 2:00 PM so I put it back inside my room.

Room and linens were clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. A room with tub was requested and honored but the shower would not shut off when trying to filll the tub. A light on the dedk eould have been really nice. The restaurant seemed to be struggling with enough help. One evening our order had to be altered because they had no lettuce. Then the order had to be cancelled due to the cook being late. Breakfasts were always chaotic, low staff and ran out of food. Yes, it was completely booked but that should not cause these issues. Elevators were both having issues eith the doors. The small store area was poorly stocked and we could not pay with cash. More to the positive, the front desk employees were very helpful. Parking was always available. The neighborhood was quiet. Advertising 'members' on the sign is rather stupid. We look at that and figure our $1000+/- spent is just not good enough.

Comfortable beds. Quiet and staff was very accommodating. The in-house bar/restaurant was a welcome sight. We got there as most places were closing for food. Even tho the cook was out that night the bartender still fixed us something to eat.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel, the exterior is deceiving compared to the inside. Very clean, great sized room, updated decor, topped off by free breakfast! Drove to the cute downtown area for dinner. Loved our stay here!
