A chick hotel in the middle of the action, A Lobby is a bit small but cozy and filled with art. The staff is professional and there to help. My room was clean, the beds comfy, and the bathroom roomy. There is a restaurant downstairs. Dinner was just ok. Not sure about breakfast.

Wonderful staff and warm welcome. Upgraded room for VIP without even having to ask. Great location and quiet for work. 10/10 recommend staying here. Employees were great!

I’ve stayed many places in Chicago and the Viceroy is now one of my favorites! It’s quiet, classy and in a great location. The views of the lake are spectacular!

It was our second time visiting this hotel. It is a nice looking hotel but the service was not as good as when we first visited. During our stay, cleaning team forgot to refill the coffee pods, makeup remover wipes and face towels. We asked front desk for refills and twice they forgot. The room was clean, reception employees were polite but not so much smiling. Internet was working but slow.

Beautiful property in a very walkable area. Slightly tucked away from the chaos of Michigan avenue. Felt like your own little neighborhood. Staff was very courteous.

This hotel really checks all of the boxes! Lovely staff, nice restaurant and room, gorgeous pool with a view of Lake Michigan on a picture perfect weekend! Would not hesitate to stay here again!

The room itself was smaller than expected. Our beds seemed like full size rather than queen. Also our shower drain wasn’t properly installed, so everytime we showered it fell in the drain and got stuck. We had to pry it out everytime, due to it filling up the tub. But other than that the hotel was nice, staff was extremely nice and welcoming.

Sad because I love this hotel. The pillows are worn thin The air conditioner was not working. The room smelled like moldy wet towels. They don’t restock the Mini bar. So sad that service has gone down some.

Our only negative would be since they have a rooftop pool, it would be nice to always have easy music on outside up there and to let guests use the bathrooms on that floor. We had to always go down to our room to use the bathroom. Also, water in the lobby was great in the summer but having fresh coffeee too would be a bonus. But w writhing and everyone was great.

Beautiful property. We stayed in a corner room and it was quiet and clean. Pandan on the 18th floor had incredible drinks and a wonderful city view. Sommerset on the first floor advertised happy hour cocktail specials which we took advantage of but unfortunately upon receiving the check we were told no cocktails are included and it’s a misprint. Service was great from the front desk, valet, house keeping and restaurants. We will be back.

Parking is a bit expensive, you’d think after paying almost a thousand dollars per night, valet would be complimentary.
