What an amazing experience! The hotel was in very good condition. Air conditioned is something hard to find in that city, so we were super glad this hotel had a nice air conditioned in the room. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and well served. Definitely recomend!

Very friendly and helpful reception. Our David Bowie unit of 2 bedrooms and 1 bath was clean and comfortable and chic. The breakfast spread was generous and delicious. About 5-10 min walk to the old town.

Location is great! Just few mins walk from bus station and around 8 mins walk to CK town center. Hotel staff are friendly and they provided brief information and map to us when check-in. The overall hotel environment and facilities are good (seems just renovated) and seems it now is managed by a hotel group. The room is spacious and able to view the old town tower (actually there is a viewing platform between hotel and bus station and you can enjoy the wonderful view there). Breakfast is also satisfied. My husband and I both love our stay there! Highly recommended! **there is no elevator, travelers with large luggage may need pay attention to.

Location is excellent as it is closed to the bus station while not far away from town center. It is very quiet also, away from road traffic and visitors.

This hotel was great from start to finish. We stayed in the John Lennon room that has a balcony that overlooks the town- the view was simple stunning. The room was very nice with everything you need and large very modern bathroom. I highly recommend Staying here as it so close to town but also quiet away from the noise in the city. The staff was also excellent - hopefully we will get to return.

We loved this property. We stayed at 5 hotels on our trip to Europe in Czech and Austria and this one was on the top. It was super clean and the bathrooms were topnotch clean and spacious. They provided very good creams and even hair spray in the bathrooms! The staff were superb. We loved Hana from the moment we arrived to the hotel. She was super helpful with everything. She offered me to help with my car rental and to speak with their staff to make sure things are alright and they bring the car from České budejovice to cesky krumlov. She was kind, gentle and very friendly and even print out my train tickets. The breakfast was great! The room service and everything were beyond expectation. The building, the cafe and location was very relaxing and comfortable and it smelled very fragrant everywhere.

Great spot. Easy walk into town and super fun at the little bowling alley right before you come up the hill. The hotel is a bit hot on the top floor but pop open the window and sleep well. Enjoyed the town, one night is plenty but it a cute little place.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Villa Beatika. The hotel was clean and the decor was fun. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and there was also a cafe in the lower level. But the best part was the location. We were just a short walk from the old town and castle. We would certainly stay again.

Good size clean room, quiet but no aircon just a fan in very hot weather, good view of old town ,free safe parking, no lift to move luggage upstairs. Short walk down quite steep hill to old town. Nice free breakie.

Beautiful, clean hotel with a friendly staff. Beds were very comfortable and it was nice and quiet. I enjoyed being just outside of the city center and the parking was a bonus. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!
