The room was small but cozy, the motel was quiet, we weren’t bothered by any loud noises from other people staying there. We had a kitchenette with basic essentials. The only downside was the bed was a little hard and the outside lights stayed on all night and shined through the shade on the window of the door. We would go back again.

We liked the convenience of checking in late. It was a contactless checkin and checkout. The rooms was great and had a kitchen in the unit. We really appreciate the amenities and close proximity to the Saint Anne cathedral. Will be a top contender for our next visit.

No staff anywhere for help. Would have been nice if there was ground coffee as there was everything to make coffee just no beans or a couple bottles of water would have been nice . Room and beds were clean.

Love the area and this is a perfect place for us to stop on our way out east. Great food in the area and great accommodations.

While we love this property, the rooms are very different from each other and the "2 queen bed" room did not appear to be as well kept as the "mezzanine" rooms we have stayed in. There were cracks in the flooring and the general upkeep was not as impressive as the other rooms. Admittedly, there is a price difference to account for this, so I advise travelers to simply check the room details before booking to make sure it has what you need (air conditioning, etc). This is a great property and we will likely stay here again.

Its an okay-ish property. I spent $100 for the night (including taxes and fees) so cant complain. The pictures were done by professionals, reality is not as nice. We checked in at 11pm, there was a key waiting for us in the lock - checkin was a nice, clean experience. But the staff goes home around 9pm and does not come back till 8am. So if you have any needs, make sure you tell the staff before 9pm. I requested extra sheets/pillows on the call (around 6pm, before check-in) and we got them. There are no AC/fans in the room. I requested one at 11:45pm, but did not get it since the staff had already gone home. I called again at 8:30am but didn't get the fan till 11:00am when I checked out. For the price, I don't think you can expect anything more than this. Will not recommend this if you can spend more.

Mountain view is beautiful in front of the property. There's swimming pool and hot whirlpool but hot tub should be reserved ahead (I guess they charge extra) and if it is being used. The staff is not much responsive for the requests if its one night stay. No breakfast included.

Love this place a lot, definitely recommended. Want to go back again.

towels were stained/dirty, towel cupboard had very bad smell, bed was dirty (hairs, other), room smelled like old cigarettes, air conditioner was very loud, balcony furniture was dirty. not at all suitable for young family.

I could have slept better in my rental car.

We only stayed one night but it was a pleasant experience. We stayed in one of the rooms with a kitchenette and it worked great. Bathroom was clean and shower worked well. The only thing I would recommend would be to bring your own toilet paper and pillows. Other than that the stay was great!
