While very central the area just around the hotel is a bit gritty - a number of late night bars and clubs - not unsafe though but not the most pleasant. Hotel services were also quite limited - no bar operating and limited meal options. All seemed to be managed by a friendly but single handed receptionist

Nicely located on the route of Camino De Santiago. Very accessible (walking distance) to the “must-see” places in town with clean rooms and friendly staffs. Highly recommended

It was a pleasant and quiet stay. The front desk staff were welcoming and very attentive.

Hotel was very clean but a bit sterile with no atmosphere . The staff where very helpful and nice .It was a good location for the historical centre.( which isn't that big) I would say dont put a photo of a pool on your website as its not free of charge and its part of a spa that has to be booked by the hour and as far as i could tell gets rarely used also the breakfast is 20 euros per person and if you go outside for breakfast you can get it for as little as 3.50 euros so a bit steep. Also there is free parking available very close to the hotel we managed to find a space every day so again you could save 18 euros a day .

Everything about this place is great, easy to find, easy check in and check out, great location and clean, spacious room with great amenities. Highly recommend to any traveler. Feeling fresh and ready for our next stop hoping it comes close.

Slightly difficult to find as very central on a cobbled street, but one parked up in the underground garage - perfect position for local eateries. The pool, sauna steam room has a charge of 15 euro per person and you book for an hour….we used and it’s very nice and only one family at a time. Breakfast was very good and extensive choice, all staff were very helpful and friendly.

The customer service by Pablo was first class. I stay in many hotels due to work travel and i have to say the service and customer management that Pablo showed was the best i have experienced.

Great property and very close to the cathedral. Central to walking everywhere. Being so close though has disadvantages.... it is very noisy at night. The reception desk did mentioned the hotel had started soundproofing windows; obviously not the room we were in. It would also be nice for the hotel to offer coffee either in rooms or in the reception area in the morning.

The room was in a backyard with a nice view though. The room was hot and it was hard to regulate the temperature. The beds were quite uncomfortly. Book parking in advance, sinde it was sold out.

Location was excellent. Property clean and accesible, bed was comfortable. Within walking distance to all restaurants and town center. Staff not very helpful nor knowledgeable of the wine region. Unable to assist with recommendations for restaurants. Need more teso if since they represent a very important risk e region in Spain and tourist cone for that reason.

Es un hotel muy bonito y la habitación tiene toques de estructuras típicas de la región. Personal muy amable. Desayuno rico, con opciones para todos. Es importante avisar con tiempo el hotel si se necesita el estacionamiento; si no hay parkings de pago pero en temporada alta están bastante llenos. Muy recomendado hotel en Logroño.

The location was good but inside the hotel we had to go up some stairs with luggage to another building. Not an easy place if you aren’t on a short trip with only a cabin bag. Parking is risky. Staff not as friendly and helpful as the other places we’ve been on this trip including another Eurostar in Haro 40 minutes away.

When check in, the hotel staff Paula was rather unfriendly. I asked for car park, she insisted no no no. Fortunately I have sent an email and got a confirmation reply in advance.
The next day we met the most helpful hotel staff, her name is Maria. She was very helpful, gave all the good tips in finding good food, restaurants, pintxos and reserve a winery tour. When she saw us again, she cared to ask us our experience of her recommended places. That is excellent service that we truly appreciate.
