A beautiful villa with an amazing pool. There is everything you need and more in a very well equipped home. Perfectly located too with easy access to everything. The villa is modern, beautifully decorated and everything works well! We couldn’t have wished for better holiday and Adam & Sigrin responded to all our queries with kindness and professionalism. We had a wonderful holiday. We wanted a peaceful quiet location for some family time and that is what we got. The villa was just gorgeous. We enjoyed every minute of it.

The villa is lovely, very comfortable and perfect for 4 adults and a baby. The pool is a good size and well maintained and there is plenty of space outside. Binibeca is a great place to stay, plenty of places to eat although some were beginning to close down for the season. We managed well without a car and used public transport to explore the area. We also hired bikes. Overall we had everything we needed for a relaxing week.

We have recently returned from 2 weeks in this lovely villa. The photos on here do not do it justice, it feels like a real home from home. The kitchen is very well equipped with almost everything you could need. The villa is light and spacious with really lovely decorative features. There's a table in the lounge I'd love for myself! There's a TV and a music system but we didn't use them. The beds are firm and the bedding is clean and fresh. When we arrived we had plenty of bathroom towels and beach towels and the towels were changed 3 times in our 2 week stay which was a great touch. The main bedroom only has a hanging rail, not a wardrobe which wasn't a problem for us but might not be everyone's cup of tea. We had the second bedroom made up as a double but there was a side bar on one of beds (they seem to be bunk beds which are converted to a double bed) so if there had been 2 people using it, one person would have had to climb over this to get in and out of bed unless this can be removed, however again this wasn't an issue for us. We had some fairly ferocious weather when we were there which caused an issue with the electrics but this was temporarily resolved the next day and then fully fixed a few days later. The pool is large and lovely to use and we were lucky that the villa next door who share the pool was either unoccupied during our stay or had older guests so it was delightfully peaceful. There are 4 sunbeds with the villa and they are very comfortable indeed. Much snoring was heard from our end of the pool! The location is peaceful and parking outside is easy. What we hadn't realised is that the quickest route down to the restaurants at Cala Torret and back again is via some fairly interesting steps! You can walk round on the road and it only it takes about 5 minutes longer to get down there, but we never came back up that way and braved the steps instead. Communication with Adam was swift and helpful, they can't do enough to make you feel welcome here. I'd be very tempted to come back here again in the future for somewhere to rest and relax. Communication with Adam and Sigrin was great. The villa is a home from home with everything that you need. I liked the walk in shower and the fact the villa had a washing machine, which was very handy. The villa has a shared pool which is a very good size and we made good use of it throughout the week. We ate out a few times and especially Salitre, 5 minutes from the villa. The catch of the day was cooked to perfection and the waiting staff are so friendly. I would definitely recommend this villa and the area, it is beautiful with beaches and coves to explore. Our holiday was relaxing, enjoyable and I’m sad to go home to rainy Scotland, definitely be back.

The villa is great place to stay. It's very well located. Restaurants, supermarket etc. all within walking distance. The pool is great and also suitable for smaller children (ours are 4 and 7). Only remark is that a bathroom and the bedroom are not separated from each other by a door. There the drains can sometimes smell.

We just returned from a fabulous two weeks at this villa. The accommodation is perfect for our small family and everything we needed was provided. The pool is lovely - but it’s always going to be luck of the draw who will be in the villa next door! We met another great family with a daughter the same age as ours and they made fast friends! Adam is very responsive and quick to resolve any issue or answer our questions! The management company was subtle and provided clean linens mid way through our stay. We would highly recommend this villa - towels, umbrellas, cool bags for the beach, everything you need in the kitchen and Netflix for a mid afternoon movie for our little one when she needed to escape the sun for a bit! A/C is the best we’ve had in 5 years of villas in the area! Actually stayed on all night and meant we all had great sleep! Thanks Adam, we will definitely be back!

Everything about this Villa was superb from the ease of booking and excellent communication with Adam to the property's prettiness and facilities. Even better than the photos. Easy to find and very close to the beautiful beach and selection of several restaurants. We got a taxi from the airport for €22 and just a 20 min drive. Used the taxi service company recommended on the side of the fridge for return to airport - also €22 and excellent. Binibeca Nou is the quieter side but has the beach, whist Binibeca Vell is a bit busier with more shops etc and very picturesque with the famous white washed frontage. Only a 20 minute walk between the two locations but the villa is nearer the beach (5 mins or so walk) so was better for us. Everything in the villa was spotlessly clean with a lovely beach decor with homely touches. Bread, milk, jam, coffee, tea and butter all in the welcome pack. Pool was beautiful with comfortable sun loungers and parasols. Handy to know that there are beach umbrellas for you to borrow and beach mats so no need to take or buy your own. Very comfortable seating area where we spent many hours relaxing and eating and drinking ! Very well equipped kitchen especially if you like coffee! A range of coffee makers including an nespresso machine complete with pods! The little supermarket is very well equipped and compared to other places we have stayed, very reasonably priced. We loved the bakery with the seating area and enjoyed lovely coffee and croissants several mornings sitting under the parasols. We ate evening meals at Saltaire twice - lovely tapas. We had one meal at Baracouda - a delightful little fish and meat restaurant. This was a bit more expensive but a special treat - the veal steak was amazing €23 - like a massive fillet! We ate twice at Delaney's, which is found along the walk to Binibeca vell. Great home cooked food and very friendly service. Lots of brits at this place -,the curry pizza was delicious!! Much more reasonably priced but not particularlMediterranean! We also ate at Bambu - beautiful Asian restaurant- bit posh for us but special treat. Views over the sea and massive lounging sofas to relax with a nice glass of wine. We hired a car for two days at €60 from the car rental in Binibeca Vell. Very helpful and easily done. Would highly recommend this villa and Adams response to emails/messages through Homeaway is excellent. This takes out a lot of the potential worries booking independently.

A lovely, and beautifully located villa. The pool is fantastic, and very good accessibility. Superb modern kitchen.

Despite experiencing difficulties with Home Away, who would not provide any information about the villa as they were in dispute with the owner, we had a great week. Weather a bit mixed (Sept ) but we went out and about in our hire car. The villa was lovely with very nice pool and was very close to a small selection of restaurants, a bakery and a small shop. We got the impression that this particular area is not too popular with families with smaller children, so ideal for 4 ex. teachers.
