This stylish small hotel was so close to the seaside promenade and everything we wanted to see. Friendly staff and comfortable. Perfect spot.

3rd time at the gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of Limassol old Town. Must recommend it for short stays and close to everything including the marina and old port! Rooms are stunning.

Location brilliant. Staff helpful and hospitable. Air con turned to heating so no way of being cool at night. Even with window open it is hot. Noise from outside as if in your room. Noise from other guest rooms very loud.

Absolutely loved the spacious rooms, lovely interiors and a very hospitable, helpful lady at the reception. Will definitely recommend it for stays near the city centre and close to the sea front. Nice 2 cafes nearby to relax with a coffee or a drink.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast wash morning. Aesthetic was exactly as pictured. Bathroom was a little awkward, but creatively done given the age of the building.

Good central location but noisy back street on a Saturday night. My room was not made up by the maid on my 2 night stay apart from that everything was very good

The rooms were surprisingly large with very high ceilings, the staff were helpful and friendly and many amenities are within easy walking distance. Excellent property for a short stay in Limassol.

Property well kept, rooms are clean and good use of space with all amenities, convinient location breakfast included and free private parking.

When you first enter the hotel you instantly feel the good vibes. The staff are utterly professional. Our check-in was delayed, but this was beyond the hotels control. From the moment of our arrival to us leaving the hotel management and staff more then made up for the slight inconvenience..fantastic customer service. Our room was spotless and extremely well presented. A very high standard of class and character. Definitely a hotel to visit again.

Great location! Enjoyed our stay during our break away to attend a wedding in June 2022. All the staff are super friendly. Breakfast all included in the courtyard which is a nice way to start the day. The breakfast is good and reasonably proportioned, varied options. The rooms are nice and plenty of space to get ready and lay out suitcases to unpack etc. The control pads for air con and lighting are great, love the different settings you can put on for different lighting moods. The shower is nicely sized, not the most powerful shower but still decent. My cons on this hotel is that I think the windows are only single glazing and during the night we can hear the cars drive past and there's a manhole cover that keeps getting knocked throughout the night so some night's sleep wasn't as peaceful. The toilet design is quite odd and makes it quite intrusive and not private at all. If you're staying on your own that's fine but with a partner it can be quite awkward. The room cleaning services were great, everything was cleaned and reset, the only thing is they didn't replenish the cotton ear buds after each clean and they only provided 2 at a time. For some reason one of the patterned doors was missing from the basin area which was a little disappointing. Had an Nespresso machine in the room which was nice to have a quick cup of coffee to reset. Lack of proper mirrors in the room. The only proper mirror is in the basin area, they have wall space to put more mirrors up.

The hotel is beautiful, super comfortable and offers a true boutique feeling. The room was well equipped and decorated. I felt excited every time I entered the room. The breakfast was a la carte and was a bit small but that’s about the only (small) disadvantage there was. The service was very friendly and professional

The hotel was in a great location and I liked that it was a small property.

Our room was incredible— comfortable bed, huge shower, and quaint balcony. Parking was convenient. We ordered breakfast off a menu which had lots of options, and it was tasty. The hotel colleagues were extremely friendly and helpful. All in all, a wonderful experience

S. Paul is a modern, beautifully restored heritage building in Limassol old town near the port. Rooms are beautiful but can be a tad noisy as there just above a main high street. But the location is so good it’s worth it.

The stay and breakfast was excellent. All personal was very friendly and helpful.

Good design, cosy and cute. However, a couple of things not mentioned/seen in the photos: 1. toilet is glass covered, so can be seen from within the room. Not very private 2. not very clean room with hair around the room (toilet, bathroom)
