Very nice hotel downtown. We only stayed for one night so didn't use all the amenities. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very nice and courteous.

We had trouble finding the actual content on the TV guide, it was weird. The front desk person came up as well and she could not figure it out. Maybe it is a direct tv issue?? Otherwise. Very nice place.

Hotel was nice but has housekeeping issues. There was leftover cookie and water in the fridge so it was not cleaned between guests. No disposable cups for brushing teeth and only one coffee cup for two guests? Also there is no closet to hang clothes.

Have stayed many times with no issues, this past time was charged $300 dollars claiming we smoked when we did NOT. Then was told there is nothing they can do even though they checked to see that we didn’t. Will never ever be returning

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hancock Hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home.
The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches, like Dietsch chocolate covered pretzels in the room.
Overall, my stay at the Hancock Hotel was truly exceptional. The combination of excellent service, beautiful accommodations, and great amenities made it a memorable experience.

Very high brow establishment, not down to earth at all. Has a man dressed as a woman as a check in person which is a little off putting especially for the area. Very expensive steak house restaurant. They think highly of themselves and could do with being a little more down to earth and realistic.

We were able to change rooms the second day of our stay with no issues. Staff was very helpful. We asked if any rooms with two beds were available and they moved us almost immediately. Very appreciative of the help.

I absolutely love the Hancock hotel. It always feels like a vacation when I stay and the Mancy Restuarant's food is top tier. My daughter is attending University of Findlay, and this will be where I stay!!

My first choice when staying in Findlay for business however I was very surprised that is priced comparable for personal travel. My daughters loved how fancy the hotel is and how the staff treated like they were famous. I highly recommend for both personal and business travel
