Valet parking. Very classy place. Beautiful lobby.
We had trouble finding the actual content on the TV guide, it was weird. The front desk person came up as well and she could not figure it out. Maybe it is a direct tv issue?? Otherwise. Very nice place.

My favorite hotel. Modern classy rooms, great staff, super clean. I try to stay at the Hancock Hotel whenever i am in northern ohio.

Hotel was nice but has housekeeping issues. There was leftover cookie and water in the fridge so it was not cleaned between guests. No disposable cups for brushing teeth and only one coffee cup for two guests? Also there is no closet to hang clothes.

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever visited. We visit this area a lot and we never knew this was here. Pleasant surprise.

Very high brow establishment, not down to earth at all. Has a man dressed as a woman as a check in person which is a little off putting especially for the area. Very expensive steak house restaurant. They think highly of themselves and could do with being a little more down to earth and realistic.

We were able to change rooms the second day of our stay with no issues. Staff was very helpful. We asked if any rooms with two beds were available and they moved us almost immediately. Very appreciative of the help.

I absolutely love the Hancock hotel. It always feels like a vacation when I stay and the Mancy Restuarant's food is top tier. My daughter is attending University of Findlay, and this will be where I stay!!

Valet parking is amazing, they make you feel right at home. Rooms are clean and welcoming. Staff is friendly and makes an individual feel like family.

After coming to Findlay for over 28 years, we found ourselves needing to stay at a hotel. I was blown away by the high class, modern, downtown hotel with access to everything! We enjoyed our stay!

Stayed for an overnight. This place is amazing. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. The room is great. Comfortable beds. In hotel restaurant has great food. I would highly recommend the Hancock to anyone. We will most definitely stay again.

The Hancock Hotel is a beautiful property. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay: clean and comfortable rooms, excellent restaurant onsite as well as many great options that are walking distance in a very safe town, a very well-equipped exercise room and valet parking. If you are in town for meetings at the Marathon Petroleum Complex, you don't have to be exposed to the outdoor elements to go from building to building. However, there is a beautiful area behind the hotel and in front of Marathon to relax and enjoy a beautiful day.

My lady & i chose the Hancock hotel for date night. We stayed & had dinner at Mancys. It was a very beautiful & peaceful experience. One we will remember for quite a long time.

I did not like extra charges when I arrived at the hotel such as valyl parking only at $19.00 and an extra $30.00 on arrival. This to me was very misleading, and not the price Expedia quoted. (very displeased with this).

Came for 4th of July fireworks at the Country Club. Have stayed here before. It never disappoints. The complimentary breakfast was a nice plus.

Overall the stay was very nice. I was a little surprised that we didn’t have drinking glasses in our room or coffee mugs. But the bed and furniture were extremely comfortable. I wish there was a smart tv in the rooms.
