This property is very clean and everything was as expected. Brad's personal communication was great because I had issues with my VRBO app. Would definetinely stay here again. Also got a free breadfast at Lida's Bakery with the $10 discount.

Stayed over night for a soccer tournament. The house was exactly as pictured. Cute, clean and comfortable. The house location was perfect for us and seemed centrally located. We enjoyed it and will certainly return. Also communication with the host was exceptional. Thank you! The Wilkinsons

The house was super cute and charming. It was well maintained, clean, and fully stocked with all the necessary essentials. It was the perfect distance to the university, which was the reason for our visit. The communication with the property owners was on point. They were friendly and quick to respond to any questions. Overall a great place to stay and would highly recommend.

We came to Stephenville for a family wedding and it was our first time traveling long distance with our infant. We loved having a house to come back to instead of a hotel room. It gave our son a place that he could roam around and we weren't stacked on top of each other at a comparable rate.
The owners set up a discount with the bakery on the corner (highly recommend) and the house is in a great location to get around town quickly. All chairs and beds were comfortable and house supplied all essentials.
We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay and would have no issue staying there again.

We enjoyed our stay very much! We were in Stephenville for our grandson’s high school graduation so it was a perfect location. The beds were very comfy and all amenities were perfect! The hosts were very helpful and courteous. We’d certainly love to stay there again! Very cute decor too!
