great place, but 3 flights of stairs

The views and location are wonderful, however the lack of better amenities (such as better and more towels and provision of garbage bags, dishwasher detergent, coffee filter) while paying a luxury price; would have us rent elsewhere.

We had a great time here and really loved the beautiful view in this condo! Our adult kids and grandkids really loved it here with plenty of room for all 7 of us. It supplied everything we needed, location is perfect, beach is right in front. Nearby towns are so cute! Thanks for a great vacation!

Loved the place but it was not clean. Floors were very sandy. Main bath shower tub was moldy. Fronts of kitchen cabinets were filthy. Garbage under the couch. New management company is all automated and impossible to get anywhere with. Plus, I don’t want to deal with that once I’m there. I want the place clean and ready to go! And someone in my group left a coat hanging in the closet. We could not get it back.

Very nice and clean. Great views. We enjoyed our stay. Clarity of directions could be better adding “building 1”. A little bit of confusion about the location. Email stated that it was located in the Homestead which it is not.

Decor, coziness, and convenience are very nice. The view of the North and South Manitou islands and proximity to the shore were spectacular!

This place is right on Lake Michigan and the views are spectacular. The condo is very spacious, clean and well maintained We used the wood burning fireplace a couple times and really enjoyed this beautiful place

This condo was very spacious with comfortable updated furniture. The kitchen was well supplied and functional. We appreciated the two second floor bedrooms since we had a toddler who needed naps and early bedtime. We used the fireplace and it made the living area even cozier. Beds were very comfortable! The view is as pictured - it's super. The host was very easy to reach and had excellent communication. One of our favorite floorplans in the Homestead.

The condo was lovely. We enjoyed our time. The place was clean and well equipped with toilet paper, soap, even mini shampoo. The family enjoyed the entire home. The kids were safe and so very entertained with the games supplied. Unfortunately it was hatching of the midge flies so the beach was not available but had the flies not been there this is an absolute fantastic place. We will rent again just not during hatching lol

Very nice location, nice views, nice furnishings, everything clean and tidy, kitchen very well equipped (except salt and pepper would be nice), beds and bedrooms very comfortable, also has a/c which is not the case with some of the Homestead units.
