Luxury apartment in the Hyde Beach House Condo & Resort, located in the heart of Hollywood, overlooking the Ocean.
The apartment is modern, bright and fully equipped for up to 7 people
The resort offers two swimming pools, one overlooking the sea and one overlooking the canal, gym, bar restaurant and all the details of exquisite decoration and excellent operation.
Upon arrival at the condo, the following resort and parking fees must be paid (NOT INCLUDED IN THE RATE)
1 – 6 days– Resort Fee $35 per night / Security Deposit $75 per night
If you use it: Parking is $33 per night
(+ taxes)
7-29 days –Resort Fee $22.5 per night / Security Deposit $30 per night
If you use it: Parking is $15 per night
(+ taxes)
30 days or more – Resort Fee $15 per night / Security Deposit $20 per night
If you use it: Parking $280 for a month
(+ taxes)
Deposits are refunded upon check out

The location was perfect with beautiful ocean views and close to Hollywood Beach, great shopping at Aventura Mall and wonderful restaurants. The condo was very comfortable and the amenities were as promised. Host responded quickly to all inquiries.

Great stay, wonderful friends we went with for my retirement trip. Only troubles were the elevators took way too long and sometimes never came. The room was wonderful. All the amenities other than a couple more trash bags would be handy. We left a couple floor fans in the bedrooms for the next guests to use. Overall, we had a fantastic stay visiting the area and seeing the sights and sounds. (Boat taxi was awesome in the Fort Lauderdale area.).

Check in was smooth, the front desk staff were friendly. I received two keys, and asked for 3rd one but they said that it is not possible, ok. The apartment was specious, the kitchen had all the necessary cookware. Bedrooms were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. The view was great, in particular at sunrise and in the afternoon when the sunlight exposes the beautiful colors of the ocean.
I only have a few suggestions. The place needs better cleaning. The rug was not clean, under the couch there are plenty of things left by previous guests, that means no one is cleaning under it.

Beautiful and clean condo with every needed amenity, both inside and around the property!
The condo was clean, with modern new appliances and clean and upgraded bathrooms. It has a great big balcony with a great view of the pool area and the ocean in the distance. The beach is just a short 5-minute walk across the street, and the pool is clean and very accessible, with plenty of chairs and umbrellas.
The best part is the host’s communication and flexibility with every single one of our requests. We will definitely visit again!

The space was excellent for two couples. Two master bedroom-style sleeping quarters and the common space were great. Balcony is enormous with a lovely view of the pool and ocean. Well-situated with easy access to the beach, Walmart and liquor store (for supplies). Property amenities were fantastic. We had a great time and would stay here again.

We had a nice stay elevator wait time was a little ridiculous at times other than that clean modern ocean view with a nice pool and pool bar. I'd stay here again for sure

Property was very nice. Checkin was easy and people were very friendly and accommodating. Slight housekeeping issue but was resolved quickly. Would stay here again.

The floors are either dirty or badly stained the couch appears dirty/stained so for that reason I give it 2 maybe 3 stars 🌟
