Villa With Solar Heated Pool & Wifi in Best Residential Area
The Villa is located in Brisas del Mar, a charming and quiet complex next to a golf course, great beaches and shopping areas, with a beautiful view of one of the largest volcanoes in the area.
It is 140 m2 with a large rear terrace, private solar heated pool with heat pump, and 350 m2 of garden with barbecue. The area around the swimming pool is covered by artificial grass and in the whole garden there are about one hundred different plants.
The kitchen-living room has 35 m2. The kitchen is fully equipped, with oven, microwaves, combi fridge and freezer, capsule coffee maker, and the living room has satellite TV, stereo, wifi, etc.
There are 2 bedrooms (12 and 20 m2) and two full equipped bathrooms; the bathroom of the main bedroom of 14 m2, has a jacuzzi type tub.
All around the house, through its windows, you can see the garden and pool, giving a superb sense of privacy.

We offer as well a solar heated swimming pool and wifi, at not extra costs, so that included in our standard fares. We have recently installed a photovoltaic solar energy system with a heat pump, to ensure a comfortable temperature in the pool throughout the year.
Between the end of 2019 and the beginning of 2020 we proceeded to do maintenance work and improvements to the house, both in equipment and distribution. In particular, we have closed the terrace with glazed sliding doors, so you can continue to enjoy it as it has been until now in summer, but it is much more cozy in winter.
Supermarket, taxi services, rental cars and bikes, banking, bars and restaurants are only 300 m away. Campanario commercial center, the biggest in Corralejo, is only 500 m long. A new commercial, Mercadona, centre has been open 800 m away.
Corralejo is plenty of restaurants international style, Italian, British, French, fast food, etc. But it is also possible to find Spanish food and, in particular, Canary food.
Local restaurants offer a variety of fresh fish, cooked at the typical style, and served with boiled potatoes (papas arrugadas).
In some restaurants you can delight the typical goat meat. It is a braised meat of goat, very tender and tasty.
Every day in La Plaza (The Square) in the center of Corralejo, it is possible to enjoy live music and other street shows.
Fuerteventura produces a lot of derivate of Aloe Vera, either for beauty, health, etc, and it is possible to visit the factories.
One of the most interesting local products is the goat cheese: fresh, cured and semi. There are small industries, but it is also possible to find homemade cheese.
It can also be recommended the canary wines, in particular those from Tenerife, Lanzarote y El Hierro.
Every week end, at Campario Commercial Center, there is a fair of local products, including ecological ones, and hand crafts.
The small Lobos Island is only 3,5 km far from Corralejo Port, and Lanzarote is 13,5 km away. There are ships that links those places with Corralejo several times a day.
There are fishermen that organize fishing excursions on demand. If you are interested, pay a visit to the port and ask local people.
The town of El Cotillo is only 15 km from Corralejo, and you can find good beaches and fresh fish. Betancuria is at 50 km from Corralejo. In the way you can visit Tindaya, the mythic mountain of Fuerteventura.

Location was good. Little bit out of town but close to everything. Swimming pool and outside area was nice. Inside was fine, it wouldve been nice to have extra towels for everyone. The washing machine didnt spin so it left the clothes dirty. Kitchen was well equiped. Theres no ac and only one ceiling fan in the master bedroom so it was hot to sleep. Overall the stay was still nice!

We have stayed at other villas on this complex before but this one is looking a bit tired and is in need of some upgrading and some extra touched that are missing,
The sun beds are looking rather worn and there are no comfortable chairs outside to relax in if you want to sit out in the evening or just sit in comfort and read a book or have a drink
Also some instructions on getting the tv to work would be useful as we had to ask the maintenance man when he came how to use it
There were a couple of small issues but they were resolved immediately by the property manager so that was fine
The villa was very clean on arrival and the pool was maintained regularly
Overall we had a good holiday as we know the area very well but this villa needs some attention to make it more presentable and comfortable

A nice place with kids. The private pool was the best! And the water was so warm! Location was good. Max 20min to walk everywhere. Quiet area. I definitely rented it again.
We have a rental car hole holiday it was easyer with the small kids but it not necessary.
If you are traveling with small kids i recommend
taking a baby monitor because the bedroom is separately to the livingroom/ kitchen.

Lovely villa in an ideal location. Would definitely stay again. Only down side is that the bathrooms need a bit of attention, particularly the bath which we only attempted to use due to a bad weather day. Owner very contactable and a nice touch was the addition of a few supplies in the kitchen, water, biscuits, coffee etc

Continued no wall lights working in lounge had to buy hand and tea towels for kitchen. Overall very good would have no problem staying again

The Villa is lovely a quiet area. Privacy is excellent around the pool area and the (heated) pool and gardens are very well maintained.. Inside the facilities are excellent and importantly we found the beds comfortable. The only criticism we have is the fact that you have to ensure that the villa keys are on your person at all times, as the doors to the living area/kitchen and bedroom area (2 separate) entrances should they blow shut in the wind cannot be opened from the outside without the key. This obviously increases security but would be inconvenient should it happen whilst you were enjoying the sun around the pool. This is the only reason we didnt award 5 stars. We also had a small problem with the electricity switch tripping out but contacted Miquel and this was sorted very quickly. We would however have no hesitation in renting this villa again.

It was better than we expected, great location, 20 minute walk to town or a 5 euro taxi ride. Big supermarket about 10 mins walk. Been to this town a few times & we love it. The pool was warm & a good BBQ.

I have just had an amazing week at the villa, it was really nice in a quiet location. The pool was really nice, the garden was well laid out.

Lovely week's holiday at this beautiful villa. It has everything you need to make a it a home away from home. As others have said, it is around a 20 minute walk into town and you can get a taxi home for less than €5. There are a couple of restaurants within a 10 minute walk and a small British food shop. There is also a large supermarket 5 minutes drive away providing all you need for the villa. Miguel provided excellent communication both before and during our stay and we were able to stay in the villa as long as we needed on our last day due to the next guests not arriving immediately after us. This was an added bonus!
Overall it is a lovely villa which we did not want to leave

The house was very clean and comfortable and more spacious than we expected.
The check in was very efficient and a lovely lady was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us everything we needed to know.
The property is further out of town than we were expecting which meant that we had to take taxi's everywhere as my mother is disabled and unable to walk too far.
The taxi service is excellent and if you ring for a taxi, it arrives within about 3 minutes. The fare was always the same 3€40 and the drivers always friendly.
The pool looked very inviting although due to the weather we were unable to use it.
The owner was very friendly and always answered any emails really quickly.
All in all I don't think you could find a nicer place to stay n Corralejo.

Read my first review from our stay in November 2011. We found the villa in the same top condition as we left it in 2011. The villa was very clean and everything was in working order. A landline phone was installed - good for communication with the owner - who is always looking to the welfaer of his guests - or the housekeeping.
Once more we can recommend absolute this villa!

We stay in the villa for one week. It is à very luxury, clean place to stay. Very quited, Nice swimmingpool and good furniture at the pool and also inside the villa. Not so far from supermarket and taxi. À car is recommended.

From booking to returning, we had a very pleasant stay at this Villa. We had to wait around 20 minutes for the cleaner to bring the keys when we arrived but it was no problem and she was very apologetic and showed us all the facilities in the villa. The villa was clean and very comfortable, the pool area was very nice. We stayed for 11 nights and had 2 visits from the pool man and a visit from the gardener. The location is very quiet and a 10 to 15 minute stroll to the centre of Corralejo. There are a few local bars and restaurants 5 minutes away and a very good bakery! We didn't have a car as we wanted a restful break, we used the local buses which ran very regularly and were very reasonably priced. The local taxis were also very reasonable around 3.50 euros from the centre back to the villa. On the whole, just what we needed. A very nice place to stay.
