First off, this house is smaller and much older than most on the island for rent. It could use some serious work in several regards, but for a lower cost rental on the island, its a clean nice location that works out well. For those of you thinking of renting the dock specifically to fish from. You should immediately reconsider this. The canal nearby has boats coming in and out constantly all day long and for some reason they all seem to play the how close can I get to this dock game. Multiple boats caught my line. I eventually just reeled in whenever a boat was coming or going because the vast majority were passing so close I could have jumped in and gone for a ride. If you fish with lures, you will probably be fine fishing with live bait from the end of this dock is pretty much a no go except late at night.

Perfect place for family of four on spring break. Clean. Kitchen utensils well stocked. Loved the evening sunset view. Also liked the foot bath and outdoor shower. Would definitely stay again.

I liked it being so close to the water

The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, although I don't cook much, it seemed to have everything you'd need. The furniture was nice and comfortable. The size was good for two of us, but i think it would be pretty crowded for more than four. The view is really pretty.

Beautiful quiet location, right on the Bay. House was clean- good space for kitchen and living room and the main bathroom
