House was great, my family members were very impressed with the organization and thoughtfulness of everything in the house.

The house was bigger than I expected. My adult children and their kids along with my husband and I all stayed and had plenty of room. Took the kids fishing in the canal and caught a few catfish. The house was well stocked for us to cook all of our family dinners. We would definitely stay there again.

We went for a high school graduation party that was in Portland over the Memorial Day weekend. We enjoyed our time at the house, the pool in the front and being able to fish out back was nice. It was large enough to accommodate multiple families. The area is near the beach and other attractions. The owner made check in easy and checked to make sure everything was okay. Wish we would have had one more day there.

This is an older, but well maintained house in an established community. The house has 3 separate areas to gather in as well as the 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. This worked well for our family with opportunities to engage in different activities. Both the front yard with the pool and the back yard with the multilevel decks on the canal offered peaceful relaxation. We appreciated the gate closing us off from the street. The house is close to the bridge to North Padre and to groceries, gas stations, etc. Both the owner and manager did all they could to make our stay pleasant. Highly recommend this house.

We enjoyed our stay. Friendly host and good communication. The house was large and beautiful with a well-maintained yard, garden, pool and scenic deck. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable furnishings. Our family will return for future stays when in Corpus.

We rented the property to use for a family gathering to celebrate my daughters graduation from Texas A&M CC. The rental and checkin was easy and communication with the host was awesome. She responded quickly when we asked questions about the property. The property really has everything you need. Fishing poles, boogie boards and even a kayak, the canal connects to the bay. I was going to bring my boat but it wasn’t worth it for the short trip. Fishing in the canal was not very successful, speaking to a local he indicated that the water just did not flow in/out of the canal enough to provide a good oxidation. He did advise that where the canals intersect the fishing was pretty good. The owner also responded to request and acted on my request for a folding table! There was plenty of room and all kind of amenities. I would highly recommend this property for a large gathering. 10/10

This is the perfect house for a large families or groups vacationing together. More than enough beds, bathrooms, and space to have the perfect vacation together. Pool was warm enough for the kids to enjoy even though it was the coldest Spring Break we’ve had in awhile. The location is close to everything. H‑E‑B, Walmart, beaches and everything fishing. Neighbors stay to themselves.
Sylvia was quick to communicate. And Tracy the property manager is so nice.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very roomy. I was a little disappointed that the pool was not quite heated enough when we got there. But, we were able to get in the pool for a couple of days once it was heated.
