As always a nice welcome back from the lovely manager and reception staff. Great breakfast on the beautiful terrace. Perfect location. Lovely view from the room.

Hotel still needs updating, I hope they can do it soon. Rooms are very old fashioned. Bathroom desperately needs a refit, shower is barely useable it's so small! Lots of mis-matched patched tiles etc.

Well located hotel with spacious room and very helpful staff. Just below the hotel is a quiet bay with small sandy beach, we were there by 8.30 most mornings and had it to ourselves for a couple of hours

The shower was good but cubicle very small, a long mirror in the bedroom would be good. Breakfast ok but limited choice when guest numbers small

Very well located, just near the main square of San Domino but much quieter than in the square, so it was great! The building was a bit spartan and old-fashioned (which is not necessarily a negative feature) and the cost was good enough. The personnel was very kind and collaborative.

Breakfast was very poor and very low quality. Being on an island should not necessarily implies having very poor standards when it comes to food. In September in Puglia you should serve fresh fruit (grapes, stonefruit, plums, melons, etc.) which are high quality and cheap, and not 1-year old apples on request, beside the cheap "merendine". If the hotel is located in a place where you go for enjoying the sea they should be ready to provide (for free or rented) beach towels. One of the way to reach the island is by helicopter and the size of the baggage allowed is very limited. In addition at the end of the season, it is not easy to find beach towels for sale in the few shops of the island. And being without a beach towel on the rocks that makes the beautiful environment of the island is not the greatest experience you can have.

Fantastic location, lovely friendly welcoming reception (as always a pleasure to return!) Breakfast was really good, served on a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, this time instead of the usual buffet, (due to covid), now a table service, but the same good quality with a sweet and savory plate to choose from. Lovely friendly staff at breakfast too. Good internet in the communal areas, baggage area if room is not ready or to leave until you depart. Beautiful views from the rooms. Shuttle bus to and from the port throughout the day.

The rooms still need updating, and the air conditioning doesn't work very well. Towels in the bathroom are not towels, more like serviettes, a few Euro in Ikea spent on proper absorbent towels would really help get dry after a shower and feel more updated. Still don't like the choice of loud rock or 60's music on the beautiful breakfast terrace, either something chilled and mellow for early morning, or nothing, and listen to the sound of the cicadas! :)

Location, big rooms. Actually nicely designed 70ies hotel, if you like that style, and huge rooms, which you won’t find in contemporary hotels.

Airco wasn’t very powerful and the worst downside was the size of the shower - the bathroom is in itself not small but the shower is really mini - a shower for a small child. A real pity, if they would install bigger showers I would definitely go back.

The Hotel Eden is beautiful and well-appointed. It was built in the mid-1900s and is in that MCM style, which I love. Modern but not sterile, clean lines with a really interesting main lobby area and very cool stair. Our room was spacious, as was the bathroom, and the bed was comfortable. The location is great because it's walking distance to the cafes & bars at the top of the hill but far away enough to no hear the noise at night. It's also walking distance to the beach/port but they run their hotel shuttle back and forth regularly so if you have luggage or difficulty walking, just grab the shuttle. It is included in the room price.

Nothing, it was all good!

Room was large and comfortable, breakfast was ample and filling with beautiful views, staff were excellent, welcoming and friendly. Many reviews here mention the outdated nature of the hotel, but it's only cosmetic and doesn't detract from everything else that was top class.

Table waiters were frankly not very good. They had difficulty remembering and delivering orders (use a note pad!). My cooked breakfast arrived cold 2 days running and they seemed a little disappointed when I sent them back. Clearly cooked ahead of time and not to order.

Old fashioned architecture and inside furniture. Looks like a jump back to the 80s. Amazingly comfortable and with a perfect location. Great breakfast and awesome staff (besides the young lady doing the afternoon shift at the reception on sep 3rd, 2020: if she tells you your ferry is cancelled ask to read the communication yourself and do not trust her 100% like we did.) Nevertheless, worth the money paid. A little fridge in the room helps to keep food fresh for next day's panini!

One of the receptionist (afternoon shift of sep 3rd, 2020) told us by mistake that our ferry to Termoli was cancelled that night so we had to rush and pack our things like crazy only to find out that everything was ok, and she misread the text sent by the ferry company. I understand mistakes can happen, but this young lady should be way more careful because she could cause huge discomfort to people. Fortunately, we had a beautiful evening in Termoli and we were enthusiastic nonetheless of the 2 nights we spent at Eden.
