The location of the hotel is close to everything.. However, the card to get into the room,elevator and Amenities Did not work properly. There was several ppl having issues with the fob card.Bathrroom did not have hand soap. There wasn’t enough pillows in the bed. Also,, The hotel rooms are very dark l, there’s not enough lights . Even if you open the curtains . Still dark in room. We turned on all the lights still dark . The BAR by the pool and food service closes early at 5 PM

Valet staff aggressive and rude unprofessional asking me to leave the ramp because I won't use their services I said no I'm just dropping my family off and then parking somewhere else cheaper, towels; my dog has better towels than the room it's self it's a shame, they're yellow and totally damaged, AC took 5 hours to hit 72, cofffee pods just 2 with a party of 3-4 ridiculous, bathroom sink damaged I put it off cause we're clogged and extremely dirty paid $500 for this? No soap to wash my hands? Gotta use my shampoo to wash my hands ? It's so difficult to make another reservation on this hotel again, would ask for refund but probably won't be accepted so will review on google and social media so people have acknowledged about $500 stay is

No complaints what so ever! The rooms were very spacious, staff was very attentive and available. The pool was very nice and there were tons of food options close by. I will definitely be coming back.

The SLS Lux Brickell, is a beautiful property and close to everything. Front desk staff and valet were also great! We really enjoyed our stay.

I never write a review but am sadly compelled to in this case. The hotel experience was truly awful. I was in two suites, one of which was on the second floor. My group could not sleep because the music and vibrations were so intense from the club directly underneath them. There was no warning of this. When we complained, we were offered a small discount for one of three nights, and nothing more. There were no towels at the pool at 10am on a Friday. We waited for an hour to receive some. When we got back to the rooms at 5pm after a boat day in need of a shower, we found our rooms had not been made up yet. SLS Lux, you need to do a lot better. Staff was generally pleasant but management is sub par at best. Please stop fully booking your hotels when you lack staff and basic supplies to accommodate the guests.

Hotel was wonderful. Very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. Right in the middle of brickle across from City center. We had breakfast by the pool every morning and the food was delicious.

I always like to stay SLS Brickell. Amenities are good and still looking luxury and new. Also you can use SLS South beach amenities as well. Thanks to everyone who felt us like a home in this vacation

Hotel has no restaurants either bars, which is weird for a high end hotel like this one pretends to be. The only place where to eat something is the pool bar at the 9th floor with a very low quality selection of dishes and terrible breakfast choices. During my stay coffee machine was not in service so no coffee, no tea and no other hot drink for breakfast. The only option was a minute made orange juice which again is not what I expected for a place like this. Check in and bell service was a very bad experience for me as well. Room was not ready ( I arrived one hour before check in time which is 3 pm, so that is my fault). I left luggage with the concierge while heading to a restaurant outside the property to be able to eat something. When I finally got access to my room luggage never came, the receptionist forgot to instruct the concierge to deliver it. Phone that was given to me to call for it was the general hotel phone number, with a robot answering and taking you to 3 different menues. So I needed to get down to the reception and claim for my luggage in person.

This is an amazing property in the heart of Brickell Miami, the hotel’s location to shopping and dining is top tier. Our room was a great size and space, very modern and I loved the balcony area. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing location, amazing property. Everything you need right on the doorstep, but the amenities on the property are worth sticking around for. Pool area was the highlight. Great atmosphere, and the best drinks and service from the bartender Laz. Highly recommend.

The question is “how is your trip going?” Honestly - quite awful- as someone hacked into my Expedia account and used my One Key cash to book this property. I called the hotel - and told them- and the lady said there is nothing she can do and she can’t give me any information. I found out about the booking when I got email from Expedia- booking confirmed. So my stay is not going great. I’m at home - feeling violated, unheard and upset while some criminal is chilling in 2 bedroom suite in Miami and there’s nobody stopping him while Expedia knows, hotel knows…. There is even his name on reservation. So as I usually really do not leave negative reviews - I am sure this called for one. The hotel might be quite lovely for all I know- I’ve never been there- but I guess I paid for it. I feel violated and upset.

Rooms are falling apart

There is no denying that the staff were very pleasant people. However, the management needs to lean in, engage the role and responsibility. The fact that staff were unfamiliar with the component parts to a made bed is very disappointing and aggravating for a place that claims to be a 5-star hotel. I checked in well after the posted availability. My room was not yet ready and so my room assignment was adjusted. My bed did not have a fitted sheet for the mattress but rather only a mattress pad+flat sheet+comforter. The front desk was unfamiliar with the missing component. And so too was house keeping, who arrived to address the issue with another flat sheet, exclaiming "this is the way". I even assisted housekeeping to utilize the extra flat sheet to cover the mattress pad just so I could get to rest faster. When asked what makes a 5-star hotel, it's all about your Benjamins that they can buy that star is all.

Great clean decor

Hi! We stayed at your hotel fo four days while we were in Miami. The room is space but the cleaning was a disaster. We had to ask for towels and the room did not got cleaned. But the staff at the reception were very helpful.

This hotel is overpriced for what you get and what is presented. There is wear and tear on the condition. My comforter was stained, I had to request a new one. The pool restaurant (only restaurant) ran out of chicken at 12:30pm. It’s a nice hotel, but I expected better for the price. I was underwhelmed. It is located within walking distance from many restaurants and bars.
