We reached on 14th may around 3 pm.
We have made special request upon booking too to keep extra sachets/pouches of coffee and sugar .
Unfortunately there were only 4 coffee and sugar sachets (tiny ) .
Next day we requested again if Greg ( property taker) can provide more of those as we were 4 adults.
Greg initially said he is not here to feed us but will provide some.
However ne never came for those and early morning we went to supermarket to get our own small sugar and coffee.
We visited this place few times in 7 to 8years and never had this hospitality.
Don't know inflation made property manager so miser.
However rest of the things were good in property and we left the property in really excellent condition with photos taken while leaving too.

This property is in a perfect location and in a lovely garden setting right beside the river. In need of refurbishment throughout but it is basically clean and comfortable.

Location right on river and close to shops and restaurants was amazing. Under cover parking, bbq area and all the tables and chairs out in the large garden good as well.
It's quite ok that these units are a bit dated but the carpets needed not only vacuuming but also a good clean. Bedside tables and bedhead had not been dusted for quite a while.

An older property but clean and tidy. The steps leading upstairs to apartment are rather steep and narrow so extra care is needed traversing up and down. There is a safety gate at the top but doesn’t latch. Bed comfortable but traffic noise problematic

Location was fantastic right on river in centre of town. Near shops . cinema etc. Yet felt like you were in a secluded spot. Lovely. quiet and private. Very reasonable price and apartments were big, roomy and beds very clean. Buildings themselves a little old and dusty but not that bad. Would highly recommend..

The place was very dirty and dusty. Very old decor. A lamp was help together with electrical tape which was plugged into a power board. Phone charger wouldn’t work until lamp unplugged.
Outside needed the use of a blower. Stairs leading up to street broken and unusable. No WIFI. Not worth the money. Location ok

It is set in its own grounds on the banks of the Ovens River which was flowing very fast when we were there

Best location, quiet enough to enjoy the oven river area and close enough to the Main Street, just 2 mins walk to all shops and restaurants, property is a bit old but tidy and clean and got all we needed. Will definitely come back next time!

Very basic & basically clean. Very dated but warm & hot water. Needs a lot of tlc. Very budget. No contact with owner even though they are on site.

What a great place ! It is older / tired as many have said before BUT it was spotlessly clean, the kitchen and dining / living areas AND the bedroom were VERY large and functional. The heating was fabulous with Air Cond in the living room and the main bedroom (we didn't even look in the other room, it may also be A/C, don't know). We would go back there in a heartbeat. We had a long chat with the manager as we were leaving. Nice chap, lots to learn. If you want the RITZ then go and pay for it - this is not for you. For the price it is a fabulous find and the location is magic. So central. Thanks OVENSVIEW - we loved you.

Although the decor was quite dated the facilities were excellent. The rooms and linen were clean and the shower was magnificent. Would definitely stay again.

Such a fabulous location in the center of Bright. Exactly what we needed and pet friendly. The accommodation is dated however it is clean and such a joy to have our two dogs welcomed.

Great value stay, perfect location central to everything in Bright. The style is not modern but that is reflected in the very reasonable price, it has all the amenities you need and is clean and comfortable. Carport parking for one car per unit. Would absolutely stay again.

Very central location to town and the river. Cool, well located unit right in the centre of town. Great for joining the river walk. Dog friendly although can’t leave pooches unattended in unit. Basic unit but has everything you need.

Very comfortable Although decor not modern was pleasing and practical which is good in a holiday letting Outside at the back was fabulous. Very peaceful on a warm balmy night and extremely relaxing. Ideal for overnight or short stay

This property is tired and basic but is also good value for money and in probably the best location in the town - it has a delightful tree lined garden directly onto the river and is minutes or less to every bar restaurant and supermarket.

We stayed in unit 3 and it was very clean and comfortable. As mentioned by others, the furniture is outdated. However, the location was just perfect! It has access to Ovens river and the city centre.
