The hotel is very well located to visit all the key towns . The staff are very helpful and welcoming.

The staff was great, but we just cannot rate the hotel more than 2 stars, not for the rate we paid. There was no hot water for most of our 3 night stay (this seems to be a recurring issue), our “ocean side” view was obstructed (until they moved us) and on weekends the very loud noise from neighboring clubs runs until 3AM. Don’t get me wrong the hotel is totally adequate and comfortable, but it’s simply not worth the $500+ we paid for each night (over $650 on weekends). This is more a $200-$300 a night hotel.

The room was amazing and the staff, especially, Melania, was the best. Very helpful and accommodating whatever we asked for.

After a week staying in various historic accommodations in Puglia, we were very happy to spend two nights in this bright, modern hotel. Our room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable with a large balcony and view of the sea. Melania and manager Alessandro at the front desk were super nice and very helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay here. It’s a good location for easy day trips to Alberobello, Monopoli, and other seaside towns.

The location is amazing as well all staff!!!!!! We loved it and plan to go back again!

This was by far the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and we travel at least 3 months a year. If cleanliness is your thing choose this hotel. Across the street from the beach with a gorgeous view of the Adriatico.

Great location, new facilities, good restaurant and bar

We had a wonderful stay in Bianco Riccio. Alessandro, the front desk manager, was so helpful and friendly. He recommended some lovely places to eat and gave us lots of guidance on where was nice to go around the area. The hotel was absolutely spotless, the cleanest hotel I've ever been in, and the rooms were huge and very nicely decorated. Breakfast on the roof top was lovely and consisted of fruit, cheese, meat, rolls. croissants, biscuits and would cook eggs if you'd like them. Charles was on hand to help with anything we wanted. Would definitely recommend. The surrounding buildings at the back were a bit run down but this did not affect our stay or the hotel. They even gave us a late checkout which was so kind.
