Comfortable and clean as ever. Dropped off our youngest at college and stayed overnight. Wonderful service.

Staff amazing , super clean, great location.

Property was great and staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There was a party going on and I could not sleep. They were so loud. That is why I rated the hotel poorly. They have done nothing to compensate me for the horrible nights sleep.

Room was dirty, hair in shower, toilet not clean. Both toilet and sink did not effectively flush or drain

This hotel is a hidden gem. We selected this hotel because it’s approximately 20 minutes from Subaru stadium. We were pleasantly surprised to find it nestled in a small suburban area which felt really safe. The staff was friendly, there was plenty of parking and the hotel is very clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We only stayed one night and the restaurant/bar had lots of guests. We did not have an opportunity to dine at the restaurant but we will the next time we stay. Fantastic find!

Very clean and convenient, the neighborhood is nice, some staff members were very nice and friendly and some were ok. My recommendation is to get further customer service training which will probably alleviate this place to the next level.

Excellent all around. Everything you need is right there. Park your vehicle and relax.

The room is was great!!! Breakfast was delicious and the staff was great. I would stay here again and absolutely recommend it to others. The location was perfect for me.

I can here the sound if the kids are running above my room. I could not sleep coz of the noise.

It was a pain to use the pool. You had to sign up on a time slot ahead and then walk to the front desk in you pool clothes to get a key card to use it for the time you selected then drop it back off after. Mist places you just use your roomnkey card. Also the restaurant was much more expensive then it needed to be.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. When we checked in the woman at the front desk was less than welcoming. Having to deal with her several times during our stay, she was rude, short and not friendly. We found a pair of dirty underwear near the bed, which is completely unacceptable. If my kids could find them, there is no reason a cleaning crew couldn’t find them. I had to call several times for towels, which never showed up. We also didn’t have our room cleaned 2 days in a row, which we asked to have cleaned multiple times. Again, the cleaning crew skipped our room. We witnessed a child vomit in the pool area, the next day and day after that, it was still on the floor, so the pool area is not being cleaned either. The breakfast area was dilapidated and dirty, there was no way I’d even let my dog eat there. We will not be returning, and I will be reaching out to corporate.

Shower would not drain and no heat in hair dryer. Hotel was able to fix either problem while we were there. There should be complimentary coffee/tea/water in the lobby as is in. most hotels.

Thought pool would be fun. By appointment only and of course it's booked by one person.

The staff here is incredible when it comes to accommodating guests & genuinely just being friendly. There was an initial mix-up with our reservation which was quickly resolved by the hotel manager, and our party had a room immediately. The area is pleasant, quiet, and everything within the hotel smells & feels very well-kept. Would certainly come back if the occasion called for it!
