Stayed for 5 nights while at Europa Park. Lovely clean hotel, usually stay in Premier Inn in UK when at theme parks and this was so much better. Breakfast was lovely, restocked constantly, clean hotel. They don’t clean your room every day but you can get towels etc from reception or housekeeping. They even decorated a table for my son’s birthday. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was comfortable and we found the rooms to be very modern and clean. Breakfast is just OK and a bit repetitive after 3 days. The staff are friendly and the location is super close to Europa Park which is what we needed. Food options are limited but if you drive to neighbouring towns there are decent restaurant choices.
The major negative for me is not having daily maid service. I do understand the environmental benefit, but after 3 days we really needed fresh towels. You have to ask reception for them but reception were happy to oblige.

Pros - Good size room, comfortable bed and good shower. All clean and tea/coffee facilities. Easy access to local roads.
Friendly staff and helpful with gluten free rolls at breakfast.
Cons -
Had booked sofa bed too but had to make it myself, shame not a hot breakfast and extra cost to park. Air con also didn’t work.

Its great to stay in this hotel for spring and summer time 5mins in "EUROPA PARK " RINGSHIEM NEAR IN TRAIN STATION OF RINGSHIEM

We stayed for 3 nights with our 12-year-old son. We went to Europa Park and Rulantica. The hotel is new, very nice. The breakfast is typical American. The only downside is the room is a bit small for three. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed this property. The front desk staff are all amazing and the breakfast has a lot of options. Great location close to Europa Park and a lot of other larger cities.

Hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean, no problem with the room or service. Indeed the reception staff deserve special mention because they did their best helping us translate phone calls etc when our car broke down.
The location of the hotel means there isn’t much within walking distance for eating etc but there is a bus stop outside and very easy access to the road network.
Europa park is a 5 min drive, Switzerland border is 1 hr away.

The staff was excellent -- extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ample and had a good variety of items. The bed was one of the best ones I've ever found in a hotel -- I wanted to take it home with me! Will definitely stay here again when we are traveling for work in this area.

Hotel was clean, VERY reasonably priced, and a great location between cities. The breakfast was a tad misleading with only having cold items, and the heat was on overdrive making the rooms incredibly warm, but still had a good stay!

The hotel is very well situated if you’re going to Europa Park. Only a 50 minute drive to Strasbourg and an hour from Basel. Very nice and helpful people working at the hotel. Our only complaint was that the room was very warm (especially at night) and we couldn’t cool it down. The central temperature should be cooler, as there were very nice and warm duvets for everyone if they were cool at night. Better than being too hot.
