James the breakfast cook did a superb job and was very friendly

My stay was very restful, I didn’t have any issues with the cleanliness or overall comfort. I will say that the bathrooms can have a better deep clean, as there was black stuff under the rim of the sink and what looked like blood on the wall to the left of the sink, Room 344. I would also like to mention that a really good perk for the place and may be a deal sealer for most is a complementary full breakfast. I am a travel nurse who travels from my own home to different states and the advantage of having a free breakfast is very convenient and comforting for those that are away from home.

This hotel was awesome. The room was very spacious and clean. The beds were so comfy! The front desk girl was very friendly and the bar/restaurant in the lobby was really good. I will definitely stay again if I’m ever in town again.

The property is an excellent alternative to the overpriced hotels in downtown Charleston, which is a 10-minute drive or Uber away. We had a couple of issues with the first room we were given, and the next morning we were quickly given a different room just down the hall. The bar in the lobby is very nice, and the food menu provided plenty of reasonably priced options. All the staff we encountered were polite, professional and helpful.

The King suite was clean but refrigerator was not cold,no chair or table in the bedroom, door would not close properly and some of the light switches didn't work.

This is a well appointed hotel just over the river from old town Charleston. The room is well designed and it was very quiet. Parking was easy. We walked along a greenway to restaurants and a grocery store. Would stay again just wish they had complimentary breakfast.

There was hair on the bathroom floor which they did send house cleaning to clean it. Then upon leaving at 4:20 am I went to turn in keys at front desk and the lady working was asleep so I just left.

I stay at this property every time I travel to Charleston, South Carolina, it is absolutely beautiful. Very modern, always very clean.

Air conditioning did not work. Got extremely hot. Said they had no rooms. Arrived at midnight. Didn’t offer a refund so we could move hotels. So dealt with it. Life could be worse. Still not ok or at least give a discount.

Ac didn’t work had a temporary ac installed and was still not cooling the room, couch was stained and dirty, the floors was dirty and with black spots on them. I was very disappointed when I saw the room it was nothing like it was supposed to be like it was online when I booked the room.

Stayed here before, but disappointed this stay. Room was damp when we arrived, we lowered a/c but only cooled off, everything still felt damp. Bathroom door did not roll properly, elderly parent with us needed help to open or close it. Shower off level and water ran all over floor after a shower.
Won’t hurry back
And one of very few hotels that don’t offer any breakfast.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The employees were very nice and helpful. The only complaint I have is that there was no liner in the garbage can.

Check-in was a breeze and the check-in staff member was friendly and courteous. The location of the hotel property was convenient and there were plenty of parking spaces. The amenities in the room - spacious bathroom, in-room microwave and refrigerator, bed, TV, and AC - were good. The only issue was a musty smell when I entered the room. I've stayed at this property on one other trip and I did not experience the musty smell.

Kiki at the front desk was friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The bar tender had friends visiting and talked loudly with them at the bar while finishing up her shift. The room was ok overall, but the hallway directly outside the room and the room itself smelled like smoke and my kid’s allergies were irritated by it. Air conditioning was ice cold (a good thing) and the pool was beautiful.

It’s a mix for us. 3.5/5 all in all. Food was good, atmosphere is nice. However: mattress was rock hard, TV in the bedroom was seemingly falling off the mount. Two room unit, but still lack of other furniture, possibly because they had us in a handicap room(?) Pool is a bit small, if you’re considering kids and pool time. Staff was nice however, accommodating and friendly.

Our stay here was a 10/10! Everything we wanted to do was just a quick drive away. Our room was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly. Everything is very well kept. I highly recommend this place!

Alternate entrances requiring room keys were never secure after coming in late several nights and the doors just pulled open. Luggage carts were not retrieved by staff in a timely manner for other guest usage. One stayed outside my door all evening and overnight until i took it back down stairs the next morning. Asked for a folding luggage rack. I understood there may not have been any. But, to never get any response from the person with whom i made the request isnt a good look. After a tremendous stay at your Cambria location in Asheville, this was a bit of a let down. Staff was smiling and friendly.

We had a wonderful and spacious room. Great for a family with children. The room was very clean as well. Staff was friendly.

Hotel room was roomy. Shower water spilled out from half wall into the floor. Had a musty smell in the room. Air didnt get cold. Had it set on 60 and it felt like 70's and humid. Water ran constantly in the air return. Bed was comfortable. 13$ for breakfast that would be free at other hotels.

Place was decent. We were in a suite the living area had a/c but the room had no air and the living room could not pull down the temperature in the bed room.

Property was super clean, spacious, friendly staff and the most comfortable beds! It was 5-7 mins from the main town and to the baseball stadium. I would definitely stay here again!
