Very cosy hotel in the old centre. The room and bathroom were clean and nice. Even when reception is closed, it's easy to enter/check-in with instructions.
There was some loud noise due to the wind and in February it's pretty quiet in town.

All the rooms at Fonda Mitjà were booked so we got a room at l’Encant, a boutique hotel in the same building. It was spacious, exquisite and just incredible. Besides the shower there was a big bath!

Great location to explore Emporda. Place is almost in the middle of the old town, close to many restaurants and bars. Good value for money, rooms have everything you need. Very friendly staff!
For me it is not a problem, but some might not like that you can't park close (5-10 minutes walk). Sometimes you can hear the neighbours, so light sleepers should avoid it.
