This was a good find, very close to the royal mile. Nice staff and complimentary bubbly on your arrival. Highly recommend it.

Was just perfect hotel

Had a "cozy" room, which was plenty big enough, but the washand basin was in the hall, not in the bathroom - not the most hygienic. Also disappointed that the rooftop bar was closed before 11pm as we fancied a seat with a view after the show we had been to. But minor issues really, seems like a very nice hotel.

This hotel is AMAZING couldn’t have asked for better from getting complimentray champagne at checked, full free mini fridge, the extras such as crisps, biscuits, teas & coffee machines. Also love the Dyson hair dryer and ghd strainteners! My favorite was the rainfall shower I could happily spend hours in there. The bed was lovely and comfortable best night sleep in a long time :-) , the hotel is minutes from everywhere and the discount for parking was a nice touch. I would like to say a personal thank you as I message to explain was there for boyfriends birthday and they give him a card and “happy birthday” balloons was a nice touch. We are planning another trip later in year already for Xmas markets and going to book this hotel again !!!

Great hotel in an even better location. No ironing board in the room, so plan accordingly.

The room was a pleasantly odd layout like a small apartment feel to it. I really like md the hotel and eating breakfast on the top floor was pleasant also.

A gorgeous holiday with lovely little touches! They thought of everything to make our stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible. The champagne bar on the top floor was such a bonus too!

Great location in city. Just a few minutes walk from Waverley train stain, bus and tram routes. Spacious room, with very comfortable bed. Would definitely use this hotel again.

The hotel is just a short stroll from the Waverley station car park. As it was Christmas, the entrance was decorated beautifully and there was a welcoming fireplace as you walk into the lobby. Up the lift to the 7th floor to check in - the reception is actually on the top floor with the rooms below. A lovely welcome with champagne awaits. Quick, friendly and efficient checking process. We were lucky enough to be staying in the Mhor suite and I'd really recommend this - it's well worth it. Very spacious, excellent sitting area and a lovely outside terrace overlooking Princes Street gardens. This was decorated too and the whole hotel had a very cosy, festive feel. Loved the big TV cunningly disguised as a mirror and all the little touches from the telescope, the mini bar treats, the hair dryer, clothes steamer, umbrellas, robes, slippers and The MOST AMAZING bed! Absolutely loved the down bedding. The bathroom was perfect with an amazing bath and huge shower. Excellent storage space in the wardrobes, good lighting - some serious thought has gone Into this room and it does so, as does the whole hotel, in a perfect but understated, well thought out way. Room and all public areas were spotlessly clean, all staff friendly but efficient and very good at what they do. Amazing cocktails and fantastic breakfast choice too!

Excellent location for Old Town but also city Centre and airport access via tram. New and modern hotel. Spacious. Good views of the city.

A beautiful hotel set in the heart of Edinburgh. Rooms modern and luxurious with lots of nice little touches. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay.

The hotel is very well located and was exactly the right choice for our city trip. The beds were very comfortable, our room was quiet and the breakfast was fantastic. What more could you want?

Superb stay. It’s literally opposite of the Waverly train station in old town, within 1 minute walk. Its safe and hotel is very new and nice. No problem at all for restaurants or just cross over to new town.

Such a fabulous hotel right next to waverly station! Most tourist attractions were a brief walk away and easy to get to. Staff were friendly at check in and through out our visit. Our room was lovely and clean. There was complimentary drinks in the mini bar and some snacks. Bed was very comfty and there was a AC to warm up\cool down the room. The only thing we would “moan” about was the view from the window - it was just of some stairs. But we werent spending the day looking out the window so it really didnt affect us.
