The room had a great view of the ocean. Was an easy walk to the beach. The host was wonderful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic.

When we arrived we were welcomed with open arms and it felt like home. We will definitely return. Oh yeah the breakfast was great with a beautiful ocean view.

Everything was perfect since everything was well planned due to years of experience being hosts of the Bed and Breakfast. Ocean view from the room, friendly and helpful host answered any questions and made excellent suggestions for dinner and sightseeing activities.

Quaint and quirky with a lovely view of the ocean from the Captain’s Room, the Breyhouse has a decided nautical theme straight out of the 70’s. Breakfast was delicious and innkeeper, Shirley, was a delight. Clean and on top of COVID protocols, a nice stop on our way down the Oregon coast.

This property has easy beach access and the room we stayed in had a view of the beach. The full breakfast was very good. The this is an old house and the interior is a little dated, but that did no take away from from an enjoyable stay.

Shirley was absolutely amazing and she made me and my boyfriend’s stay the most comfortable it could possibly have been. She made us the most amazing breakfast in the morning with German pancakes and turkey kabasa. The room was super nice too with a nicely made bed and complimentary coffee, soda, water, tea, and popcorn. I highly recommend staying at the Breyhouse Bed and Breakfast and I know I absolutely will again!

Owner is very thorough, professional, helpful, and thoughtful. Room was fine and view was perfect. Be careful - Driving away from parking on the ocean side of the building is treacherous. Blind curve.

This was a very good place to totally relax. The breakfat was absolutely wonderful. The owner made sure we were totally comfortable. Just a delightful person. I would definitely stay here again.

Great views from your room, a great breakfast and close to the beach and shops. Shirley is your host and does all she can to make your stay a pleasant one.

The interior is fairly dated with lots of nick nacks and deep carpet even in the bathroom! Our bedroom was fairly small with a very soft bed. I am happy that we didn't have to spend much time inside. House is located very close to the beach, and the neighborhood is quiet. You will need a car to visit restaurants, etc. We booked as a bed and breakfast before COVID. I understand that the host is currently unable to offer breakfast service, and instead we found a continental breakfast in our mini fridge. It was very disappointing to say the least. It had half a bagel (yes - half!), a stale cake-like thing, some instant-oatmeal, two pop tarts, some fruit cups, plus two cans of soda (maybe a few other items I forgot). Since there was no toaster in the room, the bagel and pop tarts were basically useless, and even if you like "raw" bagels with no spread of any kind, you would have to share half a bagel. The whole thing was put on a single paper place and wrapped in saran. Bon Appetit! As far as coffee goes, there was a coffee machine, but only flavored creamers. A small container of milk or even natural creamer would have been better. We just left the whole thing virtually untouched and found a cafe. In summary: the location is great, but the interior and "breakfast" was not really to our taste. I will have to pay better attention to pictures in the future - although the site doesn't have many...

I proposed to my girlfriend at Proposal Rock and we checked into Breyhouse right after and Shirley did everything to make our stay wonderful. She arranged for roses to be in our room and was so warm and welcoming. Her home is beautiful and just a few steps from the beach. Her white chocolate chip scones are to die for.

Admiral room access too quaint - thru bifold doors held together by a large Velcro strip. Also, bed was a double. We had no forewarning of that and needed at least a queen. I ended up sleeping on the floor to accommodate my larger spouse. Owner very pleasant and weather was lovely.

We felt very welcomed and were treated very well. The service was wonderful as well as the food. I highly recommend this place

We enjoyed our two night stay and Shirley is the best host one can expect! The view from the Captain's room is wonderful.... watched the waves crash off the rocks!
