The room at about 24m2 was on the small side but perfectly functional and with a large bathroom. Extremely clean and well appointed and decorated with kettle etc and safe. Decor was in great condition, stylish and up to date. ALL the staff were remarkably helpful but my vote goes to the gentleman and lady serving breakfast who worked tirelessly to keep a busy breakfast area sorely serviced. They appeared to take pride and pleasure in exceeding expectation. So very refreshing! And the quality of the breakfast selection was better than I have had In many a five star hotel. Such a HUGE range and very high quality. This was my first stay in a Best Western and I will in future put them at the top of my list. Terrible is they can’t all be that good, can they! Thank you Best Western. * * * * *

We as family, two adults and our son stayed here for two nights. This to visit Dijon and as stop between Netherlands to our destination in Spain. Location is perfect as there are several good restaurants in same area. Also bowling an game hall was nearby. They had arrangements with most restaurants so we received discounts showing our stay in Western hotel. Breakfast was good, rooms were bit small when travelling with three.

A lovely night in the family room. Spacious comfortable room. Helpful friendly staff on reception. Great facilities in the immediate vicinity in Cap Vert. Perfect for a stopover with kids... we'll be back!

Just a short stop back from the Alps but all good! Clean, friendly, and convenient!

We stayed here as a family of three on our way skiing and it was a brilliant stop. Firstly the reception staff were amazing and helped me booked our car in the secure car park which is €10 but you can park outside for free but as we couldn't see any other english we thought would be more safer. The hotel is really modern and the rooms are small but have everything you could need including a powerful shower. Breakfast was yummy also. Outside the hotel is lots of eating places and entertainment. We went to Holly diner which we didn't enjoy but you do get 15% discount for staying at the hotel. We will be staying here again as was the perfect stop.

Excellent for an overnight on the way back up from the Alps. Close to motorway. Secure. Staff were brilliant. Perfect.

Great hotel for our stop over heading south. Comfortable and clean. So many options for dining just outside hotel. Looking forward to our stay on return leg of holiday

Hotel was lovely, room on the small side but we were only there for one night. Lots of food options to choose from. Secure car park. Only issue was air con was noisy even on the lowest setting.

Nice place to stay, with a nice bed. Good for travel trough or a business stay. Hostess spoke ltd english, but for Frans this was quite good.

Excellent location and fine staff, this hotel is convenient located between shops and dining options, a very nice American Diner only 1 minute walk from the hotel. Nice staff, welcoming and helpfull. The family room was spacious and clean. Nice beds and comfy pillows. Free parking available near the large parking space, or for €10 at the private parking space of the hotel, more secure.

Lovely , clean , polite , good parking , plentiful to eat from surrounding restaurants. Breakfast good choice and the plentiful .

The location is on a good spot, a lot of option for diner and entertainment.

Nice to have bowling next door. Parking was a little inconvenient.

Our room was plenty big enough for one night stay, comfortable bed, lovely clean en suite. Breakfast was super plenty of choice. Great selection of very nearby restaurants for evening meal. Free parking nearby.

There was a strange smell of drains in reception which put us off staying too long in that area of the hotel. In fact it was so bad we decided not to have breakfast there. Otherwise the hotel is clean, fairly new and the staff were excellent. The secure car park is a good idea, but they have jammed too many spaces in and they are too small, especially when you are faced by large SUV's. It needs to have bigger spaces to justify the extra €10 they want. The area around is great with several restaurants, but read the reviews and choose carefully!

This was our 3rd visit. We were pleased that the hotel has kept the high standards.

Cheap and clean

A fantastic overnight stop. Worried it would be noisy due to the situation but it was a very peaceful nights stay. Comfortable bed, great shower, secure parking. . Ticked all the boxes.

Pros - great staff, good secure parking and very clean. Cons - bed not so comfortable, rooms could be warmer, annoying blue light from TV and from A/C system, bad coffee.
