A comfortable and effective stay, with nothing bad to say about it.

Very pleasing all round; A porch outside the front door would be good for smokers; A hand-rail for towels would save the necessity of changing towels every day and be more ecofriendly; Very welcoming and comfortable.

A lovely stay at Arden bb our room had so much character was clean and very welcoming would definitely recommend it was a few minutes walk to the center of Arundel

1st class stay - nice and clean accomodation ,decent mattress which is not that common plus thin and think pillow options which is a bonus Was my bday and Lucie left me.a card and some chocs which was a nice touch Overall good location and very pleasant stay.

Had a lovely stay. The host was kind and gave us clear instruction about how to access our room when arriving out of normal check in hours. Great location, went for a lovely walk along the river. Soft clean sheets, nicely decorated, had a relaxing holiday feel. Would reccomend to frienfs and family.

Very welcoming host. Looked after luggage prior to check in time with clear communication on access to the property and room when available. Comfortable room with pretty furnishings and good quality toiletries. Bathroom was not en-suite but didn’t cause any problems. Having Towelling robes provided helped for walking through the corridor to bathroom. Breakfast was lovely, including everything I like - fresh fruit, granola, fresh coffee, granary toast, excellent and generous portion of smoked salmon. Just across the road from a public outdoor heated pool where we booked a lovely morning swim prior to breakfast.

Very well located residence. Very clean & well organised. Unfortunately not yet doing cooked breakfasts, but provided a good alternative.

Arden house is in a great location, only 2 min walk to the town centre. Room was excellent with a large bed and very clean. Great host.
