This resort was a great find! The host called with a question before we arrived and he was friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean and the B&B was quiet. There were a lot of fun amenities like a life-size outdoor chess game, shuffleboard, beautiful koi pond... We will definitely recommend this to others.

Beautiful property and it makes you feel like living in a classical old mansion type building. It’s also near to Lake Michigan - a walkable distance of 5 - 7 minutes.

Really nice quiet b n b for couples. The jetted tub was a plus and the beach access was near and convenient. The complimentary breakfast was delicious both mornings of our stay.

We had a very nice stay at Victoria Resort Bed and Breakfast. The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Awesome value for the price! Just make sure to pick up the physical voucher for wine tasting at Fenn Valley Vinyard, as Fenn Vinyard wouldn’t honor their contract with the resort for a free tasting when coming into town (before checking in). However, the resort owner was very responsive and helpful regarding the issue, and we went to Cogdal Vineyard instead and there there wasn’t any problem. If you’re looking to support a small local vineyard, the wines at Cogdal were excellent!

The host was kind and had my room ready to go prior to me arriving. I had to leave early and was not able to get the breakfast so they made sure I had food for the morning. It was very kind! It was quiet and cozy. I would recommend anyone staying.

We spent 3 nights here. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were filling and yummy. The location is good and close to town, within walking distance to a beach access. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but the staff went out and bought a mattress topper to improve this. I appreciated this sooo much.

The property offers lots of things to do and very clean but I think it needs some updating on the Bed and Breakfast rooms(little scary).Also when you book your stay they need to give you more information on a lot of things. For example checking in needs explained better (not normal check in) or where to find breakfast area and how it works(not normal). We got lost trying to check in because there isn’t any person and we were in the rain trying to find breakfast. But overall pretty nice place to stay at with lots of stuff to do, very clean, and very nice staff that we did see. Needs a few tweaks and it could be really nice.

This was a very stay with nice sized rooms and very comfortable. We stayed in the suite and the whirlpool tub was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful as well as very tasty. This place has a lot of amenities and is close to many wineries an antique malls

Very nice B&B several blocks from beautiful lake Michigan.
Owner was very attentive to making sure each of us had everything we need. We enjoyed a free wine tasting that was included at a local vineyard on the way to the B&B.

Great room loved the fire place. The water pressure of the toilet could be better. Maybe a smart tv or a Roku.

Great Breakfast, good place for those looking for something other than a “chain” experience. Free guest only EV charging - Tesla & J1772. Nice/responsive staff. Short drive to beautiful downtown with shops/restaurants.

Loved our stay at Victoria Resort and will definitely stay again! The resort was lovely and the staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. Loves riding the bikes they had available and the breakfast was fabulous! Great location.

Had a great stay! We were there on a cold Spring day. It would be nice to come back in the Summer to enjoy Lake Michigan which is a short walk away.

We stayed in the inn. Room was fine; bathroom very very small. But both were clean. Rooms could use an update. Overall though, this is a great location and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Breakfasts were delicious and hot! We would certainly visit again.

Our stay was, on the whole, pretty disappointing. The building our room was in had a definite sewage smell by the entrance, the bathroom in our room was incredibly small, the shower barely had enough hot water to make it through a 5 minute shower, the sink didn’t drain, the WiFi only worked after 8pm, we had to go outside to another building to find the one tiny communal microwave, and they made no attempt to clear the snow from the parking lot, so we as well as other guests almost got our cars stuck trying to leave.
Positives are that the breakfast was really good as was the service at the meal.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. It is walking distance to town which has a nice selection of shops and restaurants. It would be great to return in the summer.

Love the beautiful accomodations and the friendly staff. The food was excellent and the location is perfect for enjoying downtown and the beaches. We will use the resort again in the future.

We had a heck of a time finding an appealing place to stay for a girls weekend, but I happened upon the Victorian B&B. We found our room to be so lovely with a little sitting room separate from the bedroom. The breakfast staff were overly accommodating to offer alternatives when my companion said she did not eat eggs when quiche was served one morning. The neighborhood is very quiet and only a short walk to the beach. We were offered a free wine tasting at a local vineyard, which we took advantage of. Although I didn’t care for any of the wines I chose to sample, it was a fun experience. I will definitely be coming back with my husband here sometime.

We really enjoyed our stay! The service was excellent, staff was excellent, and the owner, Jim, really strived to make sure everyone had what they needed. That had to be a challenge during the Covid pandemic. We appreciated it and will definitely return.
