Such an amazing friendly pet friendly resort. So peaceful and the cabins were immaculate. I wish i could of stayed longer. Staff is absolutely awsome pool and food was great

What can I say about this place!!! Al’s is an amazing place to stay with family. We made wonderful memories here during our stay. The cabins, pavilion and the favorite part for my granddaughters was the pool! Thanks for having such a wonderful place for families to make memories!! Love this place!

This location is perfect if you want a weekend getaway! The area is beautiful the owners are very friendly and attentive. The tent was comfortable and when they say pet friendly they mean pet friendly! I can’t wait to go back!

No complaints! Owners went above and beyond to make my stay happy! The cabin I stayed in was new , super clean with newer appliances. The meals they make there are delicious! I had the pulled pork brisket sandwich- yum! Breakfast was cooked and served up hot. The pancakes were as big as the plate and fluffy with lots of butter and syrup on the side. I highly recommend it!

Cabin was nice and comfortable. Enjoyed the peace & quiet. The owners were super nice & friendly. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool, but it looked great. Will definitely come back again.

It was a very relaxing and beautiful atmosphere. The owners make you feel welcomed. The cabins are very clean and well equipped with all necessities.

Place was nice overall and the staff was friendly. Good breakfast tacos! But I stayed in one of the tipis and felt it was a rip off for what it was. Super hot during the day (the a/c wasn't really much.) If I wanted to rough it I would have just gone camping and saved myself $100.

Had the best experience ever! Great customer service and cabins are very nice and very clean. The friendly owners & beautiful views. My husband and I had a wonderful time! Horse back riding is the best at the Medina river.

I seen this place had 5 Star reviews, and after staying here this past weekend...I understand why. The cabin was very private and when I walked inside I was in awe of the huge, comfortable looking king bed, large TV, mini kitchenette, huge shower, and the décor felt like a real log cabin. The rooms we well insulated for noise and temperature and I also appreciate they allow dogs as I have 2 dachshunds who go with me on every vacation. The owner (Gordon) was super friendly and I could tell he wanted my stay to be as good as the reviews had said it would be. I told him as I was checking out that my WiFi wasn't showing up on my devices...but I really didn't care cause I came up there to "unplug" from the civilized life for a couple days...and that I did. I highly recommend this place and here is my 5 Star review to add to their collection. I will be back!

I love this property, & have stayed here many times. Cabins are cute, comfortable, & clean. There is a pool, pavilion, & trails to walk on the property. Everyone is very friendly, & you can take your dog.

This place is a hidden gem. Very welcoming reception and super clean and cozy cabin. Comfortable bed, nice shower, and every other comfort you might need.
Nice little porch that backs up to the a hill country experience. We really enjoyed sitting out there with our morning coffee watching the wildlife. I already want to go back.

Our experience could not have been any better. It exceeded our expectations. The only suggestion I can think of was stepping into the shower, there was no handle and the shower floor slopes away from you as you step in so a handle would have made it feel more secure. The room was very comfortable and the location was superb! We will definitely be back!
