We love the facilities at this hotel, the pool area is awesome. We had a few issues with the Aircon not working properly and the microwave was broken and not working, we did not communicate this to the reception as we were busy the whole time with our other commitments. Other than that it was great :)

Finding this property at night was hard, working out where 2 park whilst trying 2 check in even harder. Loading bay permanently full. Busy area. After hours check in bit of a process but not hard. Room not as nice or as big as online pics. Blinds swing and make noise wen air con or ceiling fan on, annoying wen trying 2 sleep. Lack of clean up items no broom, mop or dust broom to take care of spillage etc.
3 towers in total, cannot easily acces main foyer in tower 1 if not a guest there unless walk around outside on the street, especially after hours.
Rooftop plunge pool out of service completely.

Lacks MANY things that you would expect from a hotel or any other apart-Hotel style accommodation. One's small towel per guest and no way to get more, especially after hours for example. The price was close to equivalent to those hotels. I recommend staying at the hotel and not here

The view from the apartment balcony is amazing. You can see the whole Brisbane CBD.Not to mention the whole apartment is so spacious and homey with a nice kitchen and a living room. It'll be great for family trip or people in a big group for sure.

Place was clean and location was great. Reception is in Tower 1 and I was assigned a room in Tower 3, and as I was checking in at midnight due to a late flight, it wasn't convenient trying to get to Tower 3 via the street. I booked a Studio apartment and this was one of the most disappointing in terms of size and furnishings - it was small and the only furniture was the bed and one(!) bed side table. I had to eat my meals on the ironing board. Don't think I'll be back tbh

Great little apartment. Good comfy beds. Fantastic city views. Walk everywhere. Only problem was that the streaming service on the tv was not too good. Kept crashing and freezing. Could be because the tv was an older model. Also a loose tile over the shower drain in the ensuite was a hazard, but they promised to fix it, and offered a change of room, but we were already nicely ensconced.

The 2-Bedroom option was great for our longer stay, which would have been very cramped in a traditional hotel room. The unit was modern and everything worked, however the dishwasher filter has likely never been cleaned and emitted a putrid smell. We had to just avoid opening the door. Also beware that unlike a regular hotel, there is no regular housekeeping. It was limited to once per week, and the hotel would not supply us with cleaning materials to keep it tidy on our own. We had to go purchase a cleaning spray and cloths, which seems silly for the price we paid to stay here. Otherwise, the people at reception were as helpful as they could be, and they did send the cleaner back to redo some things that we pointed out. The location is great - walking distance to the CBD, Coles market, and the Museum and Art Gallery, South Side, etc.

Not enough bowls for 2 people. The worst costomer seevice ive evrer received. Took over an hour to do a late check in, nk support. Alarms going off throughout the first night. Not good sufficient blaintant warning of $200 secirity deposit until after booking was confirmed and any changes our booking became non refundable. No proper instruction how to access spas in other tower. No warnkng spas need to be booked to use them or instruction how to book them. Great facility became void
as we xouldnt access!!! Ripped off!

The apartment was stark and missing SO many things! No dresser, no hangers, no facecloths, limited towels, limited dishes/pots, etc. Also, no wi-fi at all for the first 48 hours, then crappy wi-fi for the rest of the stay too!
