I always love staying at DB Towers. The property to me, is home away from home. You can wash clothes, go to the local food places which are in walking distance, the staff accommodations meet everyday life standards and smells fresh and clean each time. I have stayed at DB Towers over 7-8 times back to back for weeks. Definitely would tell anyone to stay there when in Belize. They get sold out fast too.

I got a room for 1 just for 1 night. It was cozy but amenities were good. Tv, kitchen and bathroom were in order. Communication was great, check-in hours were flexible and the instructions were very clear. But street noise was a problem in the room I took and the bed had a funky smell, like dirty laundry. Didn't sleep comfortably because of that.

Reminds me of home away from home.

This was a good choice for me. When I arrived, during the advertised opening hours (about 5pm?), there was nobody there, and I had not received the email that was sent that was supposed to detail how to get in (I booked through expedia). Fortunately, the taxi driver called the owner, who sent someone to let me in, and all was OK. The place itself was a small room with a functional shower, air-con, fridge (the freezer did not freeze things) and bed. There's a bus stop nearby (price: US $1, pay when you exit) that goes into downtown, and there's also a supermarket/department store nearby (Brodie's - with high prices). The only minus for me was that there was no chair with a back (they had two stools), so I had to sit on the bed to use my laptop.

I have stayed here multiple times and to me, hands down they do make accommodations easy and work with you to get booked. Always a pleasure when I come to Belize City from Texas. Locals are nice and friendly.

We stayed a total of 10 days while my wife was recovering from eye surgery, and very much appreciated our selfcatering, aircon room. Great selection of TV channels to help pass the time, Not far from supermarkets and a La Popular bakery. Very pleased we chose to stay at DB Towers.

Cockroach in the room, which was not removed even after asking. Bed linen was not changed because the goods still had stains and crumbs from the previous one. Very small room. Nothing to feel good about

This was a good spot for one night before the airport. Clean, hot water, laundry. It is not sound proof. Other rude guests made my sleep poor.

The doors were very heavy stiff and made a lot lot of noise opening and closing which made it difficult to sleep when others were going in and out constantly

The scenery was everything! The people are super friendly and the room was great, well kept and I felt safe being there

The shower has hair in it, and the refrigerator had gunk from the previous occupant. There wasn't a blanket only a top sheet. I think it was the property owners way of making sure we didn't use too much A/C. My husband likes it cold and I like it warm so I had to use the beach towels I brought with me as blankets. We were woken up at 6 AM due to a bunch of construction workers hanging out in the parking "area" right outside our door. There are a bunch of rules, including taking out the trash.

Having all the Amenities wonderful. My only dislike is the high of the stairs i have a knee Replacement and i did fine Roach and bed bugs they ate me up. Other than that i wont complain other wise.

It was a great stay safe nice and quiet place to shop right around the corner with a police station right next door. The room was beautiful with tons of space we definitely will be there again..

Room not soundproof, it gets loud in the morning; the host is friendly and recommended a great restaurant/bar and a tour guide.

Stairs to the top floor a little too steep and was disappointed in not having a place to hang clothing.

There are multiple units for rent. We stayed in the blue unit that has two queen beds. Overall, DB Towers and the apartment were a good option for our one night stay before our morning flight home. It is just 15 minutes from the airport. The location is a reasonably nice neighborhood. We had a rental car and there are parking spots in front; though, not gated so you should probably fully empty the car. The apartment was basic, but had everything we needed and was reasonably clean. The two negatives were noise and some windows didn’t lock. I would strongly recommend good ear plugs. There is a lot of street noise. Then there was loud music blasting from about 10pm to 1am. Also, the slider and kitchen window did not lock.

I had a great stay here. Great standards. Bang for your buck.

Nice place to stay near airport

All good. Staff is really nice and helpful. Only thing is there is no official front desk so be sure to reach out with them early for any assistance

I enjoyed my short stay. The check-in was easy, I choose a small room with AC, Refrigerator, coffee maker/toaster, Tv, and Wi-fi with comfortable full size bed. Nice bath room with good hot water. There was a book with local restaurants and things to do. I recommend Smokeez seaside restaurant and bar just 5 minutes away. Nice view and food. DB towers also has a roof top area and honeymoon suites. I would stay again the people are friendly and nice.

My home away from home

Location was nice. Felt safe and very comfortable. Enjoyed the rooftop. And the Seaside Chateau was beautiful and amazing. Will be booking again soon.

The entire staff throughout our stay was exceptionally nice. The meals that were provided were delicious and authentic cuisine and lastly everyone there made us feel like family

Beautiful condo, has a private balcony, very clean and friendly owners. Communication was excellent, received few messages with instructions before my arrival. Parking in front of the building. Check in and out was fast. Definitely I would recommend this place. Thank you Dave and Amanda!

The apartment is in poor state of repair. The livingroom furniture is old and worn out. The air conditioner in one bedroom did not cool; this issue was reported, the repairman said that the a/c was not repairable and needed to ge replaced. When we departed 5 days later, the a/c still didn't work. The entrance door handle was broken before we arrived, no effort was done to replace it.
