Room was excellent, clean, tidy, although in the night a little hot and the air con did not seem to be functioning.
Breakfast was good, lots to choose from and one night we had dinner, which was fine.

The only thing that bothered us a little bit was the noise from the train. It was a little bit hard to find the place on the first day also because there was no sign in the entrance of the building. Besides that, the hotel is super nice and comfortable, the breakfast was also great! We had a great experience!

It's conveniently located next to the train station and a short-walk from the tram station, heading into the Old Town was a breeze every day.

I think as more of a fault of hotels.com than the Garden square as the actual hotel website lists the square feet of the room and hotels.com did not. The room was quite small and the chairless balcony overlooked the train and highway. Location is not easily walkable although parking available and public transit close. On the plus side, the staff were kind, room was clean, and breakfast was good.

Fantastic hotel. Convenient to town and Auschwitz. Book a complimentary stay in sauna in advance. we were lucky enough to enjoy! Dinner at restaurant was also good. Breakfast was very good and dinner waiter was fantastic.

A very nice hotel with beautiful rooms and good service. The restaurant also was very good and offered delicious meals for a good price. We especially liked that the hotel was next to a rail station and a tram station. Travelling to the city center only took 15-20 minutes.

The staff at this hotel can’t help you enough, so friendly and willing to help when required.
The location was great, just a short tram ride to the old town.
The food was great and the price was on a par with pubs and restaurants outside, the food was very good and unbelievably good value for money.
We would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel, recently refurbished. Nicely located near supermarkets, cinema, sanctuary and close to the city center by public transport. The 4saisons restaurant is very nice. Food is very good and the staff very nice. Overall a very good address

The property was lovely and new and had a good layout. It was quiet and the furnishings were modern. I like a firm bed and this was great. The bathrooms were well appointed - good shower. The restaurant had fantastic food, the breakfast was pretty incredible. The location is about a 9 minute cab ride to the centre. Highly recommend the hotel.

Room, staff and food amazing, very friendly and helpful prices are good at the 4 season's restaurant on the hotel, hotel is outstanding and gives that impression when you walk in to the lobby.
The rail link roght outside the hotel gives you acces to kraków city centre in about 10 to 15 minutes or there is a tram link on the other side of the road very easy to move about, train is about £1each and tram 40p each.
We will 💯 be back.

Very nice hotel, however rooms lack refrigerators and location is not desirable. it is located next to railways at end of residential street and parking is tight

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. All the staff were amazing and always on hand to help you out. Food was great and i enjoyed more than in town. Taxi's were only a few pound to old town and i would definitely go back there in the future if visiting Krakow

Well as Expedia cancelled our flights we were unable to go. Refunded flights but not hotel. However under EU legislation “The Package Directive “ I learned they are obliged to refund hotel as it was a package !! Beware if you book with Expedia.

Hotel bardzo dobry, wyposażenie i wykończenie na najwyższym poziomie. Obsługa super. Lokalizacja idealna, żeby rano wyjechać bez korków z miasta. Jedyna wada to pościel ze sztucznych tworzyw. Trochę słabo w 4*hotelu.

All the staff were friendly and professional, the hotel was immaculately clean. Rooms were lovely and warm. We especially liked the use of the sauna after a long day of sightseeing and exploring Krakow. The only thing I'd recommend changing would be the size of the duvet. It was a little small for a two person double bed.
