Room was clean, proximity of hotel to A26 makes it an ideal stopping off point on wat to or from Channel ports.

No kettle in room

The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Although located in a commercial/retail area, there is a Lidl supermarket, Burger King, KFC and one or two other restaurants with 5 minutes walk of the hotel. Ideal for an overnight stop.

The breakfast wasn't the best, even for this type of budget hotel.

The staff are so very nice and friendly and we always feel welcome. We have been using this hotel for about 15 years and it suits our needs very well. It's always clean and comfortable and our pre arrival requests are always considered. We are warmly welcomed by Laura who has been working at the hotel since we first went and she is a credit to the company.

I am a fan of B&B Hotels in that they are usually clean, efficient, functional, comfortable and very competitively priced. This hotel was no exception

There is nowhere to sit outside - there is room for a few tables/chairs. I also think the hotel would benefit from having snacks and cold drinks vending machines, perhaps opposed to the bar which seems a little unnecessary

Facilities are brand new, modern and squeaky clean. Staff were friendly and super helpful, I had an issue with air-conditioning which they fixed immediately and I had a very comfortable stay. Plenty of Restaurants within 7min walking distance from KFC to Upscale dining. Along with an Lidl near the restaurants.

Late check-in was a problem. The machine instructions were unclear. Luckily a staff member was passing and opened up for me.
