It is the nicest and most cleanest hotel I have stayed in Monterrey. Friendly service, amazing views, clean, Valet parking, easy to get in and out of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again!

Everything was good except one thing. I read on the web site there was a shuttle to go to the airport for a fixed price. I asked for it and call me a cab to go there instead and told me it would cost around 500 to 600 MXN. Unfortunately i got a taxy driver that try to make me pay more and more for any reason he could find. A they ems to avoid problem i paid my drive but was an excessive price. I expect to hotel to make sure they call a confident driver when they provide this service.

Enjoyed the Mountain View.
Wasn’t appreciative of the fact that during our 3 day stay no one came to clean even though we didn’t have the do not disturb sign on. When we called to request for the room to be cleaned we had to call multiple times until someone finally stopped by the room.

The staff were very professional and friendly. They allowed us to check into our room early. They helped us with a need greatly and we were very grateful..I would recommend this hotel to everyone. We dined twice in there restaurant, the food was good.

Friendly staff, nice place to stay my only complaint was our shower did not drain properly so we had a really wet bathroom floor and made it uncomfortable for my family. I made the complaint to the hotel but they only cleaned it up and brought in clean towels.

Great location, short distance from all the good spots. Clean and nice pool/outdoor area. There is an Oxxo right next where you can get anything you need if it’s not available at the restaurant. Amazing service 10/10
