We loved our experience here! From the attentive and helpful staff to the beautiful rooftop pool. We enjoyed our stay from the moment we walked through the door til the end of our trip. The included breakfast buffet was delicious. With fresh fruits and handcrafted coffees. The staff of the restaurant and the hotel were so friendly and accommodating. We felt safe and cared for. We highly recommend this place. The hotel is also walking distance from pub street and other food markets.

Hotel was fantastic. Room was big, bathroom had bath AND shower cabin. Hotel is in walking distance 5-10 min to city center. Breakfast was great, western and cambodia style

Two Seasons in Siem Reap was chosen by my husband who loved the honesty of its name (dry and wet season). We visited during the beginning of rainy season. We liked our visit so much that we extended the stay. What do we like? 1. Breakfast has 4 tropical fruits that rotate. The husband likes that they can make poached eggs, a rarity at hotels. A wide selection of coffees and teas. 2. They arranged pick-up from the bus terminal with a remorque, and we spent 4 delightful days with the same driver (Mt. Danny) as we adventured into Angkor Wat. 3. Hotel staff are friendly and kind. We enjoy talking with Peter and Sraimom. 4. The room is nice, and its location is close to the nightlife but still a few blocks away, allowing an easy escape.

If you reserve that hotel you will be pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. That was our first time in Cambodia and we were amazed with the people of that country, at the hotel or in town we felt secure. We used a guide from the hotel to visit all the temples it was well worth Angkor Wat is a marvel. We will never forget our time in Cambodia.

The friendly and eager staff made this hotel special. They sit with you at check in and explain your room, the hotel amenities and the neighbourhood. The hotel is modern and well located in town. The rooms are well equipped, spacious and very clean.

Hospitality of the stuff is beyod excellent. Good value It would be nice to have two types of pillows Both hard and soft. Beds are super comfy and rooms are spacious.

Very nice hotel in a great location. Room was nice, but a little noisy at night, mostly from passing traffic. Staff gave a greaft service and were very friendly. I enjoyed using the pool and bar. Breakfast was good. Only a short location to main shopping and dinign areas.

It had a great pool. The kitchen was very nice. Peter the manager was excellent.

Our stay at this hotel was terrific from the moment of the airport pick up by driver Mr Chhin to all the staff we encountered. The spa service was great and I would highly recommend the massage. While you can can get cheaper massage elsewhere the staff here were clearly well trained. I had the real spa package and staff member Roth B was great and had over 6 years experience. The breakfast selection was great with local, western and eastern dishes on offer. The local fruits were fantastically fresh. The room was spacious with balcony and large bathroom with bathtub. The hotel is well located just off the main street but close walking distance which made it a little quieter at night. There is a handy mini mart across the road and home laundry service next door both of which I used on the trip. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

This place is amazing..right from when you walk in the door you are made to feel welcome ,The staff always are happy to help and speak good English MR Buffalo that picked us up at the airport in his tuk tuk And was our transport to all the local attractions for our stay was the highlight of our stay!

Good location new small hotel.

We stayed 1 night prior to a tour. Compared to the hotel we are staying at for our Cambodia tour. The price was excellent. The room is just as nice, more counter space actually and it is close to everything. Free breakfast and 1 way airport tranfer. Which was a tuk tuk...i loved it

Enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at the Two Seasons Siem Hotel was unforgettable. We fell in love with Siem Reap, it was quaint, clean and quite affordable. Of course we need to mention Angkor Wat, the highlight of our trip was a once in a lifetime experience. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. We were even able to buy a SIM card right there at the hotel and they helped me install it and got me going. The manager, James and his staff were exceptional. We would love to be back there soon.

The rooftop infinity pool was awesome. The room was spotless and all of the staff from Andy at the front desk, to the very nice ladies who cleaned the rooms, the tuk- tuk drivers and the kitchen staff were happy, friendly and excellent at their jobs!!

Two Seasons messed up my reservation and put it on the wrong day. Then, the staff tried to play it off as if it was Expedia's fault or mine somehow until I showed them the dates on my phone. Just an "Oh, that too bad for you" attitude. AND ...while I'm standing there with my bags, they offered no alternatives other than a refund. I mentioned I'd check for a room at the other place (Khmer Mansion Boutigue, *STAY THERE INSTEAD*) and only then did they offer to call for me, I even had to ASK them for a free Tuk Tuk to get there rather than be offered one. It wasn't a "How can we make this right?" attitude at all. More like, "How can we make this look like it's not our fault?" attitude instead. So, if you want to be greeted with incompetence and indifference after a long flight or bus ride, stay here.

I highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly staff, good WIFI, good hot water, clean rooms and good food for breakfast and for meals at their restaurant. I would stay here again. It is nice to sit at the roof top pool
