there was a hair on my food and yet I still had to pay for it even though I couldn’t eat it anymore

Hotel itself. ( the size of the hotel is comfortable)
Towels were yellow and supposed to he white. They looked dirty.
One night I needed extra blankets and a pillow and receptionits made it sound like it was impossible to get them because it was late.
The room was very noisy. We could hear all the traffic passing by, like it wasn't there any window.

LOCATION IS EXCELLENT NEAR CENTER, AND BREAKFAST BUFFET IS GREAT.

Secure parking in the underground garage.
The first impression of the hotel is good, as you enter the atrium. Walking to the room and in the room you may notice the dirty, worn carpeting, frayed towels and cheap construction. Generally, it looked like a place that should cost about half what is being charged.

Its a nice hotel with a parking garage, also has a nice secluded pool not seen from the street. Some of the staff also speak english. On weekends there is more variety of food for breakfast. Bed is big and comfortable.
Air condition in rooms is loud. There is no fridge in a room and is impossible to get one. Price could be cheaper for what you get. Depending on the orientation of the room, it can be loud because of the traffic.
