Better then expected. Good for short stay. Room number 14, not modern but clean. Hair drayer, fresh towels, fresh bad linien included. Everything works well. Great location, close to nice places, restaurants, public transport. I foubd free parking just next to the entrence at saturday evening.

Can be a little bit more modern staff but for the price and short stay is good enough.

real historical building , part of old city. big room with exit to internal yard, mini-garden, table and chairs vere there and we could spend time enjoying last warm spring day. Nice rest with total feeling we are restored and refreshed next day. Owner was hospitable and helpful. We liked breakfast. Hope to be back to Mannheim and will like to come back.

Rooms smell of cigarette smoke. Left part of the double bed was broken. Room needs urgent renovation

if you have lots of luggage’s, be aware they don’t have elevator.

No matter what the asking price is per room, a shower should work properly lf not do not rent out that room. A renovation of badroom with this size is not big investment.
