Hi there - the neighborhood was lovely; really cool shops and restaurants within walking distance! The property itself was also REALLY lovely, perfectly clean, terrific, super comfortable. This is the only thing we would comment on - the deadbolt lock mechanism in the front door needs repair such that it's no longer challenging to: enter the access code and unlock the door to enter the premises; turn the deadbolt in order to lock the door when leaving the premises; and so that the alarm system inside the home is "happy". You have to "play" with the door in order to align the deadbolt to its opening to hit what I will call the "sweet spot" in order for the access code panel to work to enter the house or to get the "Schlage" button to work properly so that you can lock the door from the outside when leaving. When we were going to sleep, it was also "tricky" to hold the door in precisely the right position so that the deadbolt lock could be engaged from the inside. Even when we had the door bolted, the alarm panel kept displaying "trouble guest door" so we were a little uneasy that the alarm could work properly if an issue arose. Look - please know the property is GREAT, and I hate to dwell on this one negative point. However, we were two women coming and going and we had a bit of unease on the subject of "home security." If you just fix this door lock thing, this property is a 100% winner in a wonderful historic neighborhood.
