everything was excellent, the staff, hotel facilities, food and pool/spa area. Fabulous stay with family thank you.

The SPA area was exceptional quiet, you could really calm down there, there is a variety of saunas all of them very clean and relaxing. The pools where also great, everything that you can ask for and more. Everything was really uncomplicated even though we booked really late. Biggest plus: Everybody gets green-pass checked & antigen or PCR test while check in. There is also an IR-Camera that constantly checks your temperature when you check in/out or go to the spa/pools, felt really secure in such unsecure times!

The breakfast was not Bad, but it could have been more - nothing special, wasn't really worth the money in my opinion. We could hear loud footsteps from the top floor in our soundproof room.

The hotel has a very good location, it’s super clean and offers everything one needs to rest and enjoy. The breakfast was good with several options to choose from, exelent coffee bar! The pool area offers a lot of options for swimming and just enjoying the ready in peaceful environment. It is just 5 min from the center of Bardolino, offers plenty of options to experience the beautiful walks and explore the area (especially for bikers).

The bed was not very good and the extra kids bed was awful. The other thing was tat there was no host/hostess at the entrance of the breakfast area to sit us, so we waited for a table for a while not knowing what to do. We moved on then to find a table, which agitated a waiter so much he rush us back to the entrance and told us to wait, than another one appeared saying table is ready and we can sit down. As it turned out there were several tables free. An incident caused unease every morning we headed for breakfast.

Room is very basic for the amount of money you pay. Shower head was not really working. Most hotels of this status have a rain shower. Pay attention to the lines for the breakfast. They say due to Corona you cant do self service at the buffet, but in the end it has more to do about the quantity of food you get on your plate. It makes no sence if you wait with 20 people in line for your plate of food or you pick your own food yourself. You see they give you minimum food on your plate. If you ask more you see they are instructed to give not too much.

Everything else was great

Poor information at checkin, complicated to find your away around inside the hotel. There was a constant light in the room, which was very bright, even at night.
