- Check-in staff accomodated our request to change the room.

- Rude staff at checkout, to the point of one of them instructing me like a school kid "sit down until we prepare your papers oki!" - Highly suspect tax evasion where they try and make you pay everything via a weblink. This inclded the room and consuptions!! - The hotel (and the entire island for that matter) has super poor value for money (even after a discount due to early season in May). Greatly overpriced for a worse experince than one would get in Thiland, Seychelles or even other Greek destinations.

Walking distance to town, but would have liked more consistent sidewalks - instead of having to walk on streets for some parts.

You need a couple more rails 1).on the stairs going down to the massage room 2). Main stairs behind the check in desk. Has mine rail but needs a 2nd hand rail for the top section of the stairs

Good location - only a short walk to town (road a little dangerous as no pavements and some areas are slippery but this can’t be avoided) Food was amazing at the hotel restaurant, lovely breakfast. Hotel staff are all so friendly and can’t do enough for you. View from pool/restaurant area is gorgeous - perfect to see the sunset every day. Hotel is quiet and calming.

An absolutely fabulous hotel. The staff couldn't do enough for their guests and the rooms are glorious. They are spacious with beautiful views and a less than ten minute walk from town. Would highly recommend this hotel for singles, couples, groups.

The entire hotel service team is top notch. They were very friendly, always helpful and make you feel so welcome and at home. special thanks to Yota at the receptionist and the guy who keeps bringing us food for room service. This hotel has a beautiful view of the sunset, the jacuzzi is awesome, facing the sunset. We had our breakfast and dinner on the balcony. The hotel is also near town, just a few minutes walk to town. excellent location, great facilities. We came here as a couple to celebrate our anniversary and we had such a great time here. We will be back again and we highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to come to Mykonos. Thank you everyone at this hotel for making our stay at Mykonos so happy.
