Le personnel qui ce crois chez euh très impoli , les services sont absent et le petit dej n’est pas réapprovisionner donc si tu te lève pas tôt ben tu paye dans le vent

Très bonne surprise pour cette chambre "standard" : je ne m'attendais pas à ce qu'elle soit si spacieuse ! Et de plus, avec WC séparé de la salle de bain, ce qui est très appréciable.
Chambre insonorisée et excellent matelas : nous avons bien dormi!
Espaces communs propres, bien entretenus.
Personnel très accueillant et aimable.

Rooms are bigger than the usual campanile. AC functions and is not noisy. Bathroom reasonably sized and clean.
This is a regular hotel not the motel - style accommodation Campanile usually offers, and that is so practical when traveling with animals. This hotel is a concrete block in an industrial complex, so there is no green for a walk with dogs. If you need to stay around Metz with this kinds of needs, take the other campanile in town, technopark, there is green all around and it's also much more quiet than this one - which is practical being next to the motorway, but it is so close you hear the traffic all night long.

All the staff were super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was ok. Managed to also get a room tight away after our car broke down.
Had to change room twice because the blinds were broken in one room and the toilet in the next one. The rooms also smelled of old smoke and damp in the bathrooms, with ceiling tiles missing in the corridors and dirty lampshades

It's right next to the autoroute, which is what we needed. Breakfast is good. Family room isnt very big but adequate.
The room had a bed small, like there had been smoked (and then tried to cover it up with some cleaning stuff). Not a nice smell for a non-smoker..

There were bedbugs in the bed. I got bitten and developped allergies. The AC is ridiculously loud.

Liked the large room, the large bed including the more stiff mattress (like that), the bathroom was in good shape (refurbished), large Table, Coffee and Tea Supplies. Breakfast was very good too with various choices. Parking was Safe with a closed Gate during the night.
About 20 German TV-Channels showed on the TV's list but NONE had any reception. But THE down Point was THE SMELL...the room STINKS! Wether is was animals and Pot-smoking people before I cannot tell, but I complained and the lady at the Front desk just nodded her shoulders and said "desolee". I did not get the feeling that they wanted to do anything about it! So I ended up having the window completely wide open all night long and the Hotel is close to the highway....
