Чист и добре поддържан хотел. Разполага с всички необходими удобства. Разположен е на гребния канал. Обслужването в ресторанта и добро, храната, която се предлага е вкусна. Мястото е тихо и спокойно и в стаята не беше шумно въпреки вечерната сватба в хотела. Персоналът на рецепцията е любезен и отзивчив. Има достатъчно места за паркиране. Предлагат се велосипеди под наем.

Хотелът е малко отдалечен от града, което създава известни неудобства.

This was about as a I expected. The reviews are accurate! My room was quite large and very clean, and made for a comfortable night. The staff at the desk were helpful when I needed a taxi (thank you to the girl with the long hair!), and the place felt safe and was in a good location to walk to everything.

It was a little overpriced for Bulgaria and given it's an older hotel. The breakfast was also a little sketchy considering the price (foods were old, for example the fruit in the bowl was expired/not edible).

The hotel is nicely located and the staff is absolutely polite and supportive. If you want to understand, what customer-orientation really means, you should stay in this hotel. Breakfast selection is rich, and the lunch and dinner menu is excellent. Good selection of wines in any price range. This was definitely not the last time for me visiting this hotel.

Friendly staff. Private parking lot with gates. Good location in the center of the city. Nice breakfast. And they let me keep my bicycle in the room.

The Junior Suite was great, it has ample space and privacy, decor is a bit on the old school side but quite nice, and has a good view.

Breakfast was medium and also quantities were insufficient, often they ran out and didn't replace them so if you didn't get there early it wasn't great.

We booked the junior suite / studio, which was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and breakfast was great.

The Swedish buffet for breakfast was fine.

cigarette smoke in the hotel corridors, lobby, stairs, and even room. but we offered another room with windows facing to the different side. in that room, there was no cigarette smell. however, the radiators in the room were off, and we did not want to heat by the airconditioner. so we slept at 18C.
