The staff was great on site, the pool was beautiful. Great location by the beach.

The breakfast was only served at 9am so wasn’t ideal for young children waking up much earlier. Also it was impossible to communicate with the hotel before our stay to respond to any questions we had.

Discrepancy in Booking.com price and actual price. Hotel charges 20% more than what the website quote is. Their reason is for commission payable to the website. Does booking.com know about this?

For us, an older couple who value quiet, it was less than ideal, because of the bar across the street. but the staff did move us to a quieter room after a week.

Amazing staff, great location one block from the beach. It's on the North side of town which is more quiet, but still only a 7 min walk to the town square and dance clubs etc.

the property was nice, far enough from the centre of town to be quieter, close enough to the beach and restaurants.

ETA: it took a week of nagging, but Booking.com refunded one of the charges. I also had to change this review to 2 stars to get attention ;) I was billed twice for this stay - once by the hotel and once by booking.com. My reservation said I should pay the hotel when I got there so I did. Then booking.com charged me again a week later. My Spanish is terrible, so I can't communicate with the hotel. I'm now fighting with booking.com to get a refund.

The room was ok. But you sold me a room with balcony an oven, and they didn't give me that room. I pay for something and they gave me the wrong room. I am really upset 😡

Coffee and fresh fruit together with cereal, bread and local jams made for an excellent breakfast. The location could not be better - stroll to the beach, top rated restaurants next door, a bar, cafes, boutiques and convenience store. Highly recommend.

The shower was not always hot.

This is not an “adults only” facility. Children were guests at the hotel. They need to change that description in the title. The owner or manager said I had not paid for my two week stay (paid by credit card in booking.com) and asked me to pay again. I did not pay twice but I felt pressure to. Also, I heard two guests being asked to pay about $20 more per night than they had understood they would pay from booking.con. They did pay more.

We did not get the deluxe room we signed up for. They are having trouble communicating with booking and it was sold. We had to be accommodated in two rooms.

The location was perfect. Good breakfast. Cute setting. Hotel was so clean. Great security, especially for traveling alone. Find staff, hated to leave.

Bed was nice and comfy, A/C worked well. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Easy to get to and just outside of the noise in Sayulita.

We didn't have hot water. There was no food at the breakfast, just some room temperature yogurt and coffee. No pastries or fruit.

I enjoyed my 3 day stay. The room was great for my needs, clean and modern. There was breakfast included with yogurt, cereals, granola, coffee, toast and fresh fruit.
